OK...

I just had one legal consultation. The lawyer told me that I do not have to withdraw for a mistake on Q6 d. on From 5669. He said so after reading my message to IRCC (shown in the reply from them, at the bottom of reply email). He also said that I should keep a proof of reaching IRCC via Webform (even before getting AoR).
He also said that I will have to upload new 5669 later.
And he told me to reach him again if I get inquiry from IRCC.
I think people should not withdraw their application for minor clerical errors until somebody can say for definite whether IRCC will still issue AOR or not. But, I don't have a crystal ball either

Guys we all need to calm down. We have a lot of questions with not a lot of answers. As long as we don’t have our AOR there is no need to withdraw or to send webforms. They gonna start processing our applications soon. Let’s just wait.

I know this is going to make me very unpopular saying this, but it was also totally possible to upload all your documents within minutes of it opening without any errors or missing documents. I know I (I think anyway...) and some other posters like Alberta2018 did this. I think Alberta2018 said he went out and bought himself a printer and scanner just for this. I spent about 4 solid days in the run-up to the portal opening filling in all the usual forms, triple checking and then triple checking again that all the dates were correct and I had all the information. I printed, signed and scanned everything just in case... I paid my fees the night before. When the checklist became available all I had to do was complete the additional pathway specific form and I had to go through a couple of my forms and write 'not applicable' or whatever the guidelines were in some blanks. I've been preparing for Canadian Immigration since I first came to Canada just in case... I requested my PCC for my home country when I left just in case, I kept my language test up to date just in case... etc. The only real fk-up IRCC did was to not say if we needed a medical exam in advance or not until the day before (I had mine done just in case...) but they let us upload our application with just an appointment request and letter of explanation.

I know this isn't being helpful or anything, but I'm just saying - we can't keep using the excuse that we were rushed and so we 'forgot' we'd been denied entry to the USA, or whatever. I think the people that made the mistakes are the ones looking for assistance on this forum so it gives the impression everybody made mistakes, but in reality there are probably thousands that didn't.
Well that's true but keep in mind that what you are talking about is an ideal situation and an ideal way of performing the tasks but that being said ideal is sometimes very far away from what takes place in practical life. the ideal scenario didn't take place that is why not 1,2 or 3 but many others have issues in their app because lets not forget that not everyone had access to this forum and CII's lawer videos. There were a lot of newbies in immigration who didn't have a clue about and were waiting for a checklist from IRCC.

That being said on the day itself when them checklist came (May 5) there is a high possibility that many were at their workplace and reached home late that night but still gave their best until it the portal opened and between all this they made some honest mistakes because in the end of the day no matter what we all say, the time frame given by IRCC was was extremely less when compared to any immigration program in its HISTORY. CII's head lawyer also had his huge complaints against the timings.

Moreover lets not forget that this whole pathway is under the compassionate and humanitarian category, so yes we should hope something positive and that's what we all have been.

I saw a post on FB under the TR to PR group that someone sent documents after AOR through webform and YES they accepted it. Interesting. I am believing that it is for TR to PR pathway because it is in that group

Agree. It appears that all ppls in the forums were very well prepared (I believe 99% submitted theirs application within the first 30' after 12.00pm). They began to share information of forms, documents from April 14. Most of the rest, who haven't joined the forums, probably don't know as much about the forms/documents to prepare as thoroughly as others.

I applied TR to PR with all the required documents except medical sheet and now medical are done and I will submit medical once file number is allotted. I also applied for Express and through Alberta Express Entry and was issued nomination and got. invited for federal express. I was preparing to submit my PR application through Express and I noticed that I am two week short of time of eligibility time. the profile was submitted in February 2021. Now I meet Eligibility criteria. Should I deleted my existing file and create a new ? Issue is that I am nominated by AINP with 600 marks. I have 388 my own marks. Question: if I withdraw the file and re create my new file with express entry, will AINP issue another certificate If I am not invited to with own scores. Will Express Entry let me create another file ? PLEASE HELP ME. I do not want misrepresent.

Agree. However, the information he has given out that challenges IRCC. Mark was on the applicant's side, realized many mistakes, so he gave directions to both the applicant and IRCC. There is an interesting detail that he suggested to submit (any) documents to the webform implies that the application will be noticed. This makes people rush to submit documents (any) to the webform. IRCC was annoyed. I never thought IRCC would hit back at Mark by sending out so many emails. :)

* from my perspective, Mark is a good man. He seems so excited with Tr to Pr new pathway.

To those who forgot to mention visa refusals, did you guys already send a webform? and while sending the webform did you write all the information in the box provided or just attached an LOE with the mistake?
I attached and explained my mistakes in the letter of explanation but in the box provided for the webform, i only wrote that "i want to correct urgent mistakes in my application" . I received the same reply as all to my webform that they dont accept unsolicited documents.

Should I send another webform or wait now since in the email I sent it doesn't say I am correcting a mistake on visa refusal. It only says urgent mistakes?
