Principal Applicant (Inland) Dependent (Outland) during COVID-19

we sent the passport and he received COPR and PRV date issued on April 27th, but it has not been updated in my gc key account and I have not been contacted for my virtual landing. Does this mean my husband cannot travel to Canada on PRV?
And should I try applying for an Authorization letter for travel exemption so once the travel ban is lifted he can travel?

Dear @Kamal Kang please help me. Could you please let us know whether you are PA or dependent? Is your dependent in India and has he got the COPR recently? It will give us some hope may be in this dark time. Thank you

Hi,

Yeah, I am Principal Applicant in Canada and my overseas dependent is in India. We received a PPR for my dependent on April 13 and we sent the passport to NDVO, his passport was returned to us on April 29th with COPR & PRV. But they never updated our online profile i mean GC key with document number and all other necessary details.
and no one contacted me for my virtual landing.

WOW - My AOR is AUG 04, 2020 hopefully I will have some good news soon!
