IMM 008 seems to be updated as of Mar 2021 but when open it shows it still shows Jun 2020 (bottom left)

I called IRCC contact centre and was told this night or tomorrow. Then the application will be open in the afternoon.

Came to this thread when it was announced guide will be released at 12EST, came back here (to no surprise), that the guide still has not been out.
