Hi everyone,

Talked to the IRCC agent and our application is still a prospective application, which means that the processing is not yet started:( . We have submitted our application in July 2020 and received XEP number in November 2020. I was wondering what will happen if our CSQ expires before we receive an official AOR and they return our application due to something missing? Because the XEP doesn't guarantee the completeness of application.

Hello, an update! Just got my COPR!
DF: aug 8,2019
AOR: feb 17, 2021
Medicals passed : March 17
Pre-arrival: March 18
Ghost update: April 3
DM: April 4 (ecas)
COPR: April 8

Wow COPR in 20 months! Congrats.
And it is super interesting that it takes only 50 days from AOR to COPR.
Within 50 days you got AOR, Medical Req, Medical Pass, Pre-Arrival, DM and passport request. I wish the same for everybody.

According to public policy announcement last month - No incomplete QSWP file would be returned. Link below

No, If your CSQ was valid when you sent your application all is fine.

We applied on July 2020 and received XEP on November too.
When I called IRCC, I was told that the background check is in progress, as also was written on the ATIP notes (started on November).
What is happening now?? Is the agent that Kzee20 called stupid, or they just picking files without any order?
I would suggest to order ATIP notes to verify, they cost only $5.

I called immigration and citizenship minister office to tell them about federal stage of QSWP.
everyone please try to call your local MP and also call immigration minister office to look into sydney case processing centre.
Phone number for immi minister is -+1 (613) 954-1064
And Trudue’s ottawa office number is - +1 (613) 992-4211
What did they tell you when you called? Any news on any change?

I asked him explicitly about the processing start time and he said that you have a temporary AOR so your application is still a prospective one and processing is not yet started. I will order the ATIP notes. How long does it take to receive the notes?

Mine took around one month

Hi,

Today the status of my application changed from 'In Process' to 'Application Received' in ECAS :\ Anybody knows what this could mean?

My timeline:
DF: 5 Sept 2019
XEP: 17 Nov 2020
AOR: 22 Feb 2021

Nothing since then. The application was 'In Process' since the time I linked it and it changed today

Could it be that your application changed office?

Could it be that your application changed office?
Not sure...is there anyway to check myself where my application is? Or I should call.
I am an inland applicant waiting for MR. I sent my application to Syndey, why would it change the office
