This is the post I’m referring to..
I confirmed from the executive asking the same questions that I asked the other one last month.
She clearly mentioned that my MEP, Bio, and Eligibility passed but the rest of them are not yet started.

It is so annoying when the executives give us the wrong information.

Well, I would like to give an update on this.

I also haven't uploaded my IELTS result on the system as it was not among the required documents. I thought the system obtains the results from the test agency itself through the IELTS number I provided. However, I was horrified when I read your comment stating it should have been uploaded, and called the IRCC helpline to make sure it hasn't jeopardized my application. The agent first told me that if it is not among the required documents list, I don't have to upload it, and suggested to confirm this with his superior. After an additional 5-minute hold, he confirmed that the IELTS result number would be sufficient since the system automatically acquires the results with that number and I don't need to provide the scanned copy.

If this is the case, I believe, it would be wise to relax and try not to increase the IRCC's workload by submitting additional documents that are not required. The more their workload is, the longer will the processing times be. Just an idea.
Dear i really don't care what the call center has conveyed to you, it might be true for some applicants but still it is required document check below CIC offical webpage https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/documents.html

Lets say for your application stream is not required some candidates who followed for example the call center advise might had ADRS in the future for IELTS check below random examples

My advice to mate was to upload IELTS along with missing ECA now tell me did you provide your ECA scan or just the REF# ?
Do not save them work just save your application instead
After all if one is going to bid for a "life turning point" just go All In, nothing to be shy of
seek to earn it.

GL to all

How can we know if i passed eligibility, is there anyone who passed eligibility after Dec 5.
My AOR is Dec 5th. I came to know that my eligibility was passed after talking to an executive on the phone.
Maybe you can give it a try calling them to know about your eligibility status..

I logged in to my profile and instead of it showing as “submitted”, I saw “Application/Profile updated”. Was this a GU? and if so, could this mean that my eligibility is passed/in progress?
The background check also changed from “We are processing your background check” to “Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check”
@legalfalcon

I appreciate all response. Thanks!

Yes, when you see an update, bit don't see any significant change, it is a GU as referred on the forum. It depicts a movement, which could be that your eligibility is passed, or just that your file moved from one office another. You cannot pin point exactly unless you call IRCC or refer to your GCMS notes.

The BGC refers to criminality and security. This is why the BGC status changes twice during the processing of the application. It may be very likely that criminality, info sharing is passed and eligibility is under process. Usually the security starts after eligibility is passed, and this is when you will see the BGC status change the second time.

To see how your eligibility note will look when it is passed, see my previous post at #4,004

Since 19 Jan, under medical it says "we are reviewing the results of your medical exam". Is it concerning ? Shall I raise a webform ? Does raising a webform has any impact on application processing ?

UPDATE:
Passed medical and Received BIL on 21st of January 2021.
Enrolled for biometrics on 10th of February 2021.

But there seems to be a problem: The sticker that VFS attached on back of my passports reads different bio ID than being reflected on my EE profile. Already raised a webform informing them of this issue.

Is anyone else facing the same problem?

Can you please share your experience @legalfalcon

Dears OMG what is the deal !!!!!! ? 27 000 ITAs in draw # 176 ??? Lowest invited crs 75 ?? What the heck?
What kind of capacity would this require?
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/submit-profile/rounds-invitations.html

I am in a shock what about current applications?
Could this be a glitch? Or a joke?
Seems to be true, Here's explaination from IRCC:
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/news/notices/skilled-workers-in-canada.html?fbclid=IwAR08eQOBR6J8jJWSuo7MlbH5x6r_-EwQKVDP0E9e5LUv8t-9MhbKNw7IqXo

Well...no offense to CEC folks, but I bet it would be harder to get thru IRCC hotlines or get GCMS notes for existing cases in the coming months...
