I am not sure though .. but i don't see a reason why it would be different for you.
Letters expired? Can you ask your employer which letter is exactly expired?
Once you or if your employer (via company lawyer) files the application, IRCC will issue BIL (biometric instruction letter).

“The biometric instruction letter (BIL) has been amended in GCMS. It now advises applicants that they have 90 days from the date of the letter to give their biometrics. HOWEVER, Despite BILs instructing applicants that they have 30 or 90 days to enroll their biometrics, they are not required to enroll their biometrics until biometric collection service points reopen. Public messaging on the websites and social media has been updated to reflect this extension. Applicants are advised to keep informed of the status of local biometric service points and to keep their original BIL, as it will be required at the biometrics collection point once service.”
My Friend who filed for ICT WP from India a week before me in Nov, was stuck as his bio-metrics could not complete due to lockdown. He recently had his biometrics done and got approval just after 5 days of his biometrics as today. I am still waiting for my Visa approval here in USA. It's 10 week completed for my application and 8 week after biometrics was done. Is there any way we can track our ICP WP application by our own? Does anyone has any idea? My employer usually check it and let me know.
You need a GC key account and with that account, your application needs to be linked.

My company applied ICT GSS for me. application was submitted on 6th Jan and completed biometrics on 13th Jan. I was requested to arrange PCC by IRCC. I had to arrange PCC from 3 different countries and provided to attorney on 1st Feb. IRCC continue processing while waiting for PCC or they wait to PCC to process the application?

Yes SK. IRCC stops all activities of they ask for a document till they receive them. Good luck.
I just received my Passport request. I need some suggestion here as my employer asked me to do the payment and get the Visa stamped by myself. I can leave USA by max 22nd Feb. Please let me know if that is possible if I can get my Visa stamp done in 15 working days.
1) Do I need to send make payment only once for myself and spouse and child? Or This needs to be done separately?
2) DO I need to send my passport in same envelope along with my spouse and dependent? OR It need to be done in different envelope?
3) What all document we need to send along with Passport Request letter and Passport?

Congratulations Kapil. Yes you can get VISA stamped in 15 days. Go for it. VFS is working real fast.
1) Payments needs to be done separately. $82.60 per person. None for your kid if he is US citizen.
2) All in separate envelopes.
3) Passport. Two copies of consent form and your VISA request letter received from IRCC

Hi, I am having tough time to fill the consent form. Since we are getting our Visa Stamping done thru VAC, Do we need to fill the section "Consent for Indirect Submission and/or Collection". It says "(to be completed ONLY if travel agent or person other than applicant themselves is submitting and/or collecting the visa application and decision)". I have received the Fed ex shipping labels from VAC for two-way. Need to send my passport now along with two copy of consent form. Please let me know. Thanks
