AR: Application Received i.e The day when your application was received by IRCC
AOR: Acknowledgement of Receipt i.e The day when IRCC send you email acknowledging your application was received.
To add on to that AOR also confirms that the processing of your application has officially began

Hi,
I’ve got my AOR today. Finally after exactly 6 months waiting. My timeline is as follows:
MPNP Nomination letter: May 26
AR: July 28, 2020
AOR: Jan 28, 2021
Current processing 32% expected completion Feb 28, 2022
Can anyone please advise me if I should do upfront med? If so when should I do that? Or what are the next steps i should do to speed up the process? I see the acronyms like BIO, MR, MP etc. Can someone please enlighten me on the meanings of those?
Thank you!

MR - Medical request. Not sure about Bio unless that means Biometrics. As for MP, no idea. If you log on to your account, it clearly states you will be requested when to do medicals. You have come this far, you now have your AOR, congratulations. Be patient and let the process run its course, hoping/praying that Covid will not further delay it, if anything, lets hope/pray that IRCC will come up with innovations to speed up the process.
