Keep us updated. Ms. Barrou is one of the best and quite professional at it. I am not affiliated to any of them but some known ones have been to both. Remember - Only file vetting as otherwise they are quite expensive.

I am writing to give an update on my application for CSQ.
I have just received an email from MIFI asking me to take the "Test des valeurs démocratiques québecoises" as part of my application.
Does that mean my file is okay and I will get my CSQ after taking the test?

Usually a verification letter arrives before test of values in case of any problem. CSQ arrives in 1-2 months after values test. Seems you are good there.

What's is your file submission and acknowledgement date?

I am so happy about it.
I sent my application package via post service on October 19th. Then I got an acknowledge of receipt via post service one week later. And today I received the email to take this test of values. I will take that test tonight or tomorrow.
