Is it allowed to apply for PEQ while my PSTQ CSQ file is still in process?

I submitted my PSTQ CSQ application in March after receiving an Arrima invitation.

Now that the PEQ Graduate Stream is open again, I’m eligible and considering applying.

Question: Can I submit a PEQ application even though my PSTQ CSQ file is still being processed? Will MIFI reject both applications, or will they simply process whichever one finishes first?

Would love to hear from anyone who knows some information.
