1. Have you open Foreign Currency bank account? If yes, which bank, city and branch?
2. Do we have to be a filer to open Foreign Currency bank account?

they actually dont only the previous refusal for canadian visa
does not matter if you apply for OWP along with your study permit application its just really hard to get OWP in both cases but it is possible if you have enough funds its just easier to apply after you get here just for OWP application fees is around 3k CAD which is ridiculous
lol no i am not even married i applied once and got refused re applied through sds got visa in december but there was one guy on this forum who applied for his spouse as well and they both got visa dont remember who he was look on page 10 or afterwards you should see his comments dm him if youd like

2. Did you mention in your new application that you got visa refusal last time?
3. Can you please also share your SOP which mentioned about your last refusal as I have also been refused once.

Yes. UBL, New Garden Town, Lahore. Next to KFC

Yes. You show a source of income and you should be a filer. If you cannot, your father can open a foreign currency account and transfer funds to your GIC account.

2. Are you a filer (asking only as I heard that only a filer can open a foreign currency account)
3. Did you pay the tuition fee from your foreign currency account?

You can pay your tuition fee from a normal PKR bank account. I paid the fee with UBL PKR account, they charge me PKR 1200 fee and PKR 192 Tax. I'm a filer maybe that's why they didn't deduct tax but I'm not sure you can confirm it from bank.

It's better to wait for biometrics letter which you will get one or two days after you will apply but you can book appointment now according to the date you wish to apply for visa because slots may be fill as many applicants waiting for months for reopening of biometrics centres.

If you want to apply on 12th of August then book appointment for 17th of August for safe side until that you will definitely get biometrics letter.

I have received a letter for the biometrics but couldnt book an appointment as their website is not working properly. I am trying since many days but failed to book an appointment..registration is done but couldnt go further. My visa application is submitted already two weeks ago.

It's working and appointment for 5th of August is available. Site is slow but working, try again.
