1. Do they ask visit visa refusals of other countries in the application? I guess they do. I have never applied any Canadian visa so I am not sure. I will definitely provide all the refusals but was wondering if it can work against me.

As far I remember you applied visa with your spouse? and got the visa. Lucky you. Was it your first attempt ?

does not matter if you apply for OWP along with your study permit application its just really hard to get OWP in both cases but it is possible if you have enough funds its just easier to apply after you get here just for OWP application fees is around 3k CAD which is ridiculous
lol no i am not even married i applied once and got refused re applied through sds got visa in december but there was one guy on this forum who applied for his spouse as well and they both got visa dont remember who he was look on page 10 or afterwards you should see his comments dm him if youd like

Well of course you also need to attach their CNIC along with FRC of course you need the address

the person you are talking about was the the first one from Pakistan who applied through SDS, he not only applied for his wife but also for his 3 kids. They are now in Vancouver. His case was very strong, doing Ph D there and is a govt. employee in Pakistan.

I have been unemployed since two years. I have done electrical engineering. Now i have applied for project managment in centineal college for september intake. I payed one year tution fee and done with the gic as well. The only problem i am facing is writing sop. Then i will apply for visa. What are chances of success? Any suggestions for sop as well

Hey friends , newby to this group , though a silent reader , planning to apply for sds for fall , have things ready the ones that are basic requirement for sds , however i am wondering what else would the supporting document , besides the degree and transcript , do we need to attach the experience certificate and what about a cv or letter of intend is enough please guide thanks in advance

no need for CV but yes attach any letter of employments or experience certificate on company letter head. make a single file in PDF with you SOP.

Hi, guys so someone told me that if you have applied online via sds and haven't given the biometrics or medical because of the covid your study permit will be approved but they will only stamp it on the passport once you have submitted those things. Is this true? Anyone heard the same?

Depends on the city where you are going and secondly on the reference. I heard that only 20% jobs come to the market rest are filled by reference like if you know someone working in a particular field if a position opens he can refer you the the HR.
