Hi,just call IRCC or raise a webform to get some valued information.

HI. Same here. 18 March AOR. I checked profile randomly today and it showed "Application/profile updated" today. But I think nothing got changed inside the profile.

10 days ago I received RPRF letter and after two days I called Ircc to know the status, the agent said "Eligibility is recommended pass"

Hey we are on the same boat, mine also said recommended passed

So you called after the ghost update and they said eligibility recommended pass? Or you called before the ghost update?
Before ghost update !! i like to call them often :p

Aah I see. I think it is passed now. Let me know if you call again and learn anything new :D
Also march 17 AOR, Medical passed May 7 and BIL. Paid RPRF June 22. But didn't call them, and application filed thru consultant so I don't know where my progress bar at now. Do you guys have biometrics on file? I Applied for TRV 2018, so I have no biometrics on file.

Can anyone check application status by calling IRCC helpline or through web form when application is submitted by a representative?
Yes you can call IRCC to check the status of your file but you need to provide them information which they will ask.

Same here. I got work permit in 2017. I don't have biometrics on the file too

Hi all,

Today I received a letter request that said the following:

We have begun processing your application for permanent residence, and in order to make a decision we require the following information/documents:

 *UC* *NAME*:
 Income, proof: Please provide additional company information/relevant documentation including the official copies of the T4 slips issued by your employer and paystubs supporting your declared Canadian Work Experience with *JOB #1* and *JOB #2*

I was previously refused PR because I claimed contract work in my work experience and was unable to provide proof of remuneration for it.

This time, my claimed work experience is completely from payrolled employment.

I'm very worried about this letter because I thought I provided them with everything they would need to see I was employed at the two jobs I worked at.

Has anyone received something similar? Do you know what their issue is? I want to be able to provide them with everything possible.

Also, a couple of my T4s are in digital form only, taken from my CRA account. Is that OK? I simply do not have their paper counterparts.

Thanks in advance!

If you have already provided the asked documents then you can call IRCC and tell them. Else I will say send them T4 (which usually has your employer name present), all pay stubs, offer letter, increment letter if any as supportive document. I guess that should be fine.

Thanks for your reply!

I have T4's covering every year but two of them are taken from my CRA account. The digital form looks different to the paper form. Do you know if that would be OK?

I have 90 - 95% of the pay stubs going back over the 3.5+ year period they are asking for. Hopefully that's enough?

I will also attach all company letters but they were already provided under the employment records section.

I'm really worried about all this to be honest.
