Hi everyone,

For those of you who were in the last October 2019, NOC 3012 draw, I hope you can help me out here. I received an LOI from NS and I was just over the moon! I meet all the criteria except for the 3yrs experience. August 6 will be 3years for me. The only reason why I was given an LOI is because Express Entry rounded off my work experience to 3yrs (when I submitted my profile in Mar, my exp was 2yrs 7mths. Now it is almost 2yrs 10months. By the time I meet the deadline of July 22, I will still be 2 weeks short of experience. I really really really don't want to miss this opportunity. Anyone else here with such an experience? If yes, what did you do? Did you still go ahead to submit a PNP application?

Can anyone pls shed some light on this? I am really anxious and hoping that this will go through.

how many months does a LOI is valid? I think you just have 60 days to pass all your requirements after recieving a LOI.
It is the same as yours...valid for 60 days. So cut off date is July 22 and I will have 2weeks of shortage in experience. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Does it mention that it needs you to have 3 years experience?
Yes Dear, this is for the May 22nd nurse's draw that took place. One of the requirements is 3yrs of experience. The only problem with EE is that it rounded off my experience to 3yrs

aww. You can message Nova Scotia and tell them your concern. Maybe they can tell you what to do. or ask any immigration agent who handles cases like yours.

Haha, I am doing this on my own- no consultants involved. Well, I guess I just have to appeal by attaching an LOE explaining the 2 weeks shortage and hope they close one eye and nominate me. I don't want to miss this opportunity.

No nothing yet what abt u?
Nothing as well.. Those who submitted earlier in May.. Received already their nomination in 10 to 20 days.. But now it seems to be stuck.. May be due to the LOI's sent in May which increases the number. I believe we should only expect something by next week.. Bonne chance to all of us
