yes you are right it is changed again to 19th may great hope good for all applicants .
 
Even the VAC Canada website is updated showing VAC is opened for Biometrics and completing incomplete applications.

I am not in any Whatsapp group...I am only following updates on the forum.
The 11 weeks is new, however, the processing times are not correct. They opened VAC center in Dubai last week and they will open in Abu Dhabi in 9th June

I also applied on January 23rd SDS, interviewed Feb 12. Received Crospondent letter March 31st. And still no final decision
