actully first i submitted open work permit application but i got refusal. then i apply gcms notes regarding that refusal but i applied without documents. now that time i again applied gcms notes regarding that refusal bur this time i applied with documents which goona take 60 days. so without waiting gcms notes can i reapply visa ?

Yes you can reapply. Maybe wait till u get your GCMS so you'll know why your application was refused.

My application processing timeline has exceeded 6 months mark and is currently being processed at NDVO which is famous for slow processing and not responding to applicant's queries. I have one big question that is holding me back from ordering GCMS notes: as I am neither a Canadian citizen nor a permanent resident, if I order GCMS through an organization present in Canada such as GCMS buddy or GetGCMS.com, can it create a negative impact on my application because I did not declare anybody as my representative under section 'Use of Representative' when I submitted my PR application. People especially from India, who ordered GCMS notes through any third party, I would appreciate if you can share your experience. Thanks.

Hi,

It won't create any issue if you order GCMS notes from third party vendors. You are not authorising them to represent your file. It's just the GCMS notes for which you are giving consent.

By the way try "thegcmsonline.com" this too is a good website and then decide.
