if I was in your shoes, I’d send by webform and in the “enquiry” space, I would say something along these lines...
‘As requested in your letter dated ____, please find attached the documents requested. Please let me know if you would like me to mail the original documents (in particular, the police clearance certificate) to your office. If so, please provide the mailing address.’

this way, they have the documents and the option to send you another letter asking for the original.

I suspect the scanned copy will suffice though.

All the best!
Thank you so much for your response
What I did I just upload my documents yesterday because nov 20 is last date for submission.
And than today I thought I was wrong so I mail to them in the same address where I submitted my application along with that letter

After I uploaded the documents, I gave it a couple of days and then called to confirm they had received it. I received email confirmation of receipt 1 week after uploading via webform. (This is so you’re not freaking out on November 21st if you haven’t heard from them) ;)

Lady officer asked for driving license of both if you have it to match address on both.
Make sure you show something with same address like DL, Recent Bank Statement
After that where you landed and when?

How long should it take for immigration to receive my RCMP clearance cert? I did the fingerprinting on November 1st and haven't heard from immigration that they've received it. I don't have any criminal record so should have taken a max 72 hours to process another few days for postage so immigration should have received it by now.

Anyone else had to do the RCMP check? how long did it take for immigration to show they received it?

oh and for those who had to resend their OWP application, my application status changed yesterday to the eligibility check, it was redelivered on August 8.
