Hello,
Did you receive AOR by E-mail or snail Mail??

I received the PCC from Indian consulate for my dad today they made a mistake on it. Instead of putting the reason “Resident Permit” they issued it for work permit/Employment Visa. Should I just submit it or get it fixed first? any body had the similar experience?

Hi guys,
I got email from CPCM today asking for additional document. It says my document IMM5669 is incomplete
"
IMM 5669 (for all three applicants): The Schedule A (IMM 5669) is missing a handwritten signature. Although the current form states that an electronic signature is acceptable, due to legislation changes as of May 22nd, 2018, a handwritten signature is required for this form. Please provide a newly completed Schedule A (IMM 5669) and ensure that you sign the form by hand once printed. https://www.canada.ca/content/dam/ircc/migration/ircc/english/pdf/kits/forms/eimm5669e .pdf "

Can someone explain? should I print and do handwritten signatures both? And also it says you can email these documents to them in email received which I don't think so is possible, Is it? I guess I have to mail them out this new form.
Appli Received - June 18th, 2019
Doc Request - Oct 11, 2019
sponsored - mom, dad & brother

Thanks

They will not waive it. Only parents under super visa, who are here for a longer period of time (or under visitor visa but staying for a longer period) got waiver so far I believe.
My dad came on March 19, 2019 on visitor visa for 5 months and he visited us for 2.5 months in 2016 (that's when he did his biometrics). and as per GCMS notes, CO exempted biometrics for my dad.
this is what's mentioned in GCMS notes.

BIOMETRICS
IRCC #
ASSESSMENT: Exempt - Pub Pol (In-Canada)

Now I don't know what does pub pol means?

to my understanding, it totally depends on CO

Did you give an address in Canada for him when you submitted the forms?
If not, how did you communicate With them for exemption?

Hi guys

I got a letter of incompletion today from CDC which says:

Your application does not meet the requirements for processing as the following item is missing or incomplete:

IMM 1344: A current, completed and signed Application to Sponsor, Sponsorship Agreement and Undertaking (IMM 1344) with completed eligibility assessment questions. Sponsors who reside or intend to reside in Quebec do not need to complete

Questions 8, 9, 10 or 15 on this form. Please note that the Principal Applicant listed on the IMM0008 must also be also listed in Part 1, question 4 of the IMM1344. This form must be completed by you, the sponsor, and co-signer if applicable, and the person you want to sponsor. You must submit the most recent version of this form (06-2019). https://www.canada.ca/content/dam/ircc/migration/ircc/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm1344e.pdf

If you cannot provide one or more of the requested documents, you must provide a detailed written explanation for each missing document. You must also provide any other evidence or documents you have available to satisfy the requirement.

I have thoroughly double checked my forms but I can't seem to find any missing items. What should I do?
