Thanks @ashuindian bro...i will apply after Nov 29th then it makes 13 points for my experience. I have 65 points(NOC 2173). My spouse has 60 points(NOC 2173)

1. My WES evaluation is done. I am waiting for my spouse evaluation, which is in progress. Is spouse ECA report(WES) mandatory to create EOI profile?

2. Should i mention my spouse in my profile or should i create her different EOI profile(60 points)?

NO need to create SINP EOI for spouse.
In IRCC EE pool, create your profile only and insert spouse information in it. There is a particular space for that.

Yes, you have get license . CIPS is okay, it is faster than APEGS. You can submit SINP application now, but you have to submit your license, only then you will get Nomination.

agrology, provide a copy of your valid
membership as an Agricultural
Technologist with the Saskatchewan
Institute of Agrologists (SIA).
or
Provide a copy of the documentation you
received from the SIA’s Admissions and
Registration Committee detailing:
• your “Conditional approval” for
membership as an articling agricultural
technologist member;
or
• your “Approval” for membership as
an articling agricultural technologist
member.
If your education is in a discipline other
than agrology, the SIA will not assess
your credentials. Provide your
educational credential assessment (ECA)
from a designated organization.

So my tab only shows status "In Process" and "View my Correspondences" on OASIS, can senior person in this forum explain the reason why? Also anyone here that submitted their SINP application for Occupation in Demand (without employment offer) in June 2019 and have received their nomination? Looking forward to hear back from you! 1 to 5 years period- 10 points
Total 13 points

It says here ECA from designated organization... So my Current ECA will not be accepted do I have to go for course by course. (As they no where mentioned one needs to submit course by course ECA).

What about transcripts, do I have to resend in sealed envelope again OR what will be the procedure.

Oh sorry. So no need to go for any license.
You have done ECA already, it is sufficient. Better u Submit your SINP application now and get application number. Send this number to WES.
And request WES to send your ECA report to SINP, mentioning your Application number.

Thanks for your reply. I appreciate.. But my consultant says until I will get done ECA course by course they won't file my application in SINP.

I have done Diploma, Bsc in MLT & Masters in Microbiology.

I have also contacted SINP. I GOT REPLY AS BELOW:-

Some occupations in Saskatchewan are regulated or have professional certification standards in Canada and/or Saskatchewan. SINP applicants for the International Skilled Worker sub-categories of Occupations in Demand and Express Entry who are intending to work in one of these occupations are required to submit additional documentation. Please see the list below for these requirements.

If you are requested to provide additional documentation or proof of licensure from a professional regulatory body or national assessment body for your intended NOC code, your application will be held for processing until these documents about your professional status are provided. All other Required Documents must be included in your application or your application will be returned as incomplete and your application fee will not be refunded. The SINP will advise you after you apply if your work experience and education matches an occupation that requires licensure documents.

A nomination from the SINP does not guarantee eligibility for licensure in a regulated occupation. In addition, the professional requirements needed to apply to the SINP do not allow you to work in a regulated occupation unless you have received licensure from a regulatory body in Saskatchewan. You may need to complete additional requirements when you arrive in Saskatchewan. For more information, visit Regulated Occupations and Licensing Requirements.
