But u mentioned that u requested new letter from ur employer and sent it
I am sorry, I got confused, LOE in my head was "Letter from Employer"... But I see that it is used for "Letter of Explanation". In this case, I did send both, a letter of explanation + the new reference letters from my employers...
Sorry about the confusion...

Hello,

I received the 2nd set of GCMS on 11th July and there has been no activity on my account since March where the last comment by the analyst was a review on my R75 minimum requirement. The GCMS received is exactly the same as the one I applied for in April which means IRCC is just sitting on the application since March. I have enquired from my employers and they haven't received any correspondence from IRCC

My AOR is 7th Feb. The organisation for which the query/concern has been raised is not ready to issue me a letter as per what IRCC needs and I have submitted a self attested duty letter. I'd just like to know if I should be worried at this time or shall I wait before I take legal advice. I have typed the comments section from my GCMS for your quick reference. Thanks.

Below is the comment that was last updated in March and it has been the same since then

Hi Guys, AOR May 01. I submitted my supporting documents through webform. I haven’t received an acknowledgement yet.

Does anyone know When the documents will be attached to an application after a webform submission?.Should I send an email to CIC aswell with my supporting documents?

No I totally get it, but I was wondering for something that's not so serious but has been in review for a while, wouldn't sending something even though it was not requested make it seem desperate or being over cautious which could be looked at adversely ?

There are a lot of applications that have been through review for a long period of time and yet been successful, so wouldn't seeming overcautious be a bad thing ?

Again am only asking this out of curiosity and not to sound argumentative.
Did u get ur PR?? I am also in the same situation.

7 months passed for me.

Very interesting conversation that I had with the IRCC call centre agent. He said that “you have been ordering gcms notes every now and then and that has stalled the processing of your application”

This is confusing!!! I have ordered atleast 5 notes till today and this is the second time a call centre person is telling me this.

Any of u who have passed the 6 months timeline ordered many gcms notes?
I wonder whether there is truth to this and if it affects the application.
Did you get ur PR?? I am also in the same situation.

Hello:

I desperately need all of you help. I received ITA on Jan 10, 2018. I applied and received my AOR on Feb 27, 2018. On March 7, 2018 I received Additional Doc request( FBI PCC) along with MED passed. I provided additional docs on April 4, 2018. I have already ordered 2 sets of GCMS notes with the last dated on August 2018. Its now 7 months for me. In the notes it says REVIEW REQUIRED by case analyst. Nothing seems to move. During he process I have sent several docs to prove my work experience via webform as I was unable to provide all the Letter of Experience. They never asked anything from me and have made no progress.

How long does it take for a senior officer to review the documents? Are they ever going to get back? Even if 6 months has passed by. How long does it take for Review Required cases to move?

Looking for all of you response.
Did you get your PR??

Hi! Thank you for sharing your case. I have ordered notes as well, we'll see the issue it could related to. For the moment I have no idea. I thought also about POF firstly, as I have a big amount as a gift, but it was done properly and notarized as requested. My aor May 3rd.
Hi there, any update on your GCMS notes? I got mine yesterday. Please how do I copy LegalFalcon

Hi, I am also in the same situation. Have you tried to request GCMS note? I am Alberta PNP and submitted exact same documents to IRCC. I have requested a GCMS note and also raised a CSE to explain my proof of funds more clearly. I had a hunch that may be the issue.
Criminality and medicals have since being passed. Security yet
VO Sydney and June 4th AOR.
Hi Guys
I got my notes yesterday and ever since then my clumsiness at work has only increased. Anyways, the case analyst seems to have issues with my job duties. Sadly, HR wont reissue another letter and they are the only ones authorised to write reference letters.
I am planning on writing a letter of explanation detailing the exact duties carried out and attaching HR's response to my request for a detailed letter.

@legalfalcon please can you help with interpreting this GCMS notes? What will you advise I do? Seeing that the case analyst already assessed 70 points can I ignore and hope sometime soon the immigration officer will attend to it. The officer in question is the infamous CB01126

My application hit 11 months yesterday. Although I had an ADR to submit Pof in May, I submitted that same day. since then, application has been in queue for review. what next to do? I plan ordering gcms note next week.

Have you called or ever ordered GCMS? What’s your visa office?
