If you are sure msc alone can be master's degree then no need to evaluate both
But what generally happens is, how we are sure about our degree even if it is a masters, CES doesn’t recognise and consider as 1 year diploma combined with graduation. So why to take risk? Then in that case again you need to send graduation documents in order to get it evaluated.

Hi Jorida,

I had to pay for both ($220 for each degree/assessment). You can include both in the same time in your profile (that's depending on what you want - for instance, having 2 degrees assessed will give you more CRS points when submitting your profile, but if you already have enough CRS points than it doesn't make sense to asses both of your degrees, but only the higher one - Master Degree).

This is only a suggestion, you have to decide depending on your case :)

Good luck,
Mada

HI Ankita,

You must "NEVER" attach the transcripts of graduation and post-graduation online. That should be sealed by your university and duly stamped by the registrar along with the signature. and only be opened by CES not by you.

Yes, you must upload all the colored copies of your mark sheets( Both sides front and back) , Degree (both sides front and back)

And you will be sending your documents to CES. You must mention your student number on the envelope starting from "X" . Also send your all colored marksheets & degrees front and back. to the given address. I preferred DHL Express as it is quicker

They will only send you a hard copy by the method of delivery chosen by you when you requested for an ECA i.e by post or by courier. However, you can also apply for an e copy which will cost you CAD 30.
Hi can you tell the exact process to apply for an e copy? and how long it would take to receive said copy?

https://learn.utoronto.ca/comparative-education-service/about-ces/fees-and-additional-forms

Follow the link and choose the Electronic Copy of ECA report option. Download the form, do the payment and you will receive one via email.
Thank you so much for your reply. However, I'm still a bit confused. Am I supposed to physically mail in the filled up form? The form does mention I can send it in electronically but doesn't mention which e-mail etc. Further, if I were to find a way to mail it electronically, how exactly am I supposed to pay?

email them at learn@utoronto.ca and confirm the email address. It will be either the one mentioned before or scs@utoronto.ca. Just email them on learn@utoronto.ca and mention your student number and ask them all minor/major details.

if I were to find a way to mail it electronically, how exactly am I supposed to pay?

if you see the form for electronic ECA report, the 2nd page asks you for details of for payment under payment methods. Alternatively, you can call them at +1-416-978-2400 and ask them that you wish to pay over the phone.

Hope this helps.

While sending academic transcripts directly from university to CES Canada, whether ces academic form is also to be submitted to university to be sent to ces in sealed transcript.
Is it compulsary ?
Please guide?
