So, i wrote to cic to find out my application status, (since VO in London, England didn’t bother replying to my email) and in return they said

“We verified the information you provided and can confirm that the application is still in process.

All the required documents and information have been received by the responsible office for the moment.

Furthermore, you have been selected to complete this survey conducted by the Client Experience Branch at IRCC. Information gathered via this survey will be compared to data gathered in previous years and will be used to guide future improvements.”

Is this only me or do you guys also get asked to fill up a survey? I find it weird that they are asking me to rate my experience while ignoring the query i made that specifically asked to be informed about a reliable way to reach London VO or know the status of my application since they didn’t reply

Yeah ,London VO doesn't reply. They replied after 2 months for a mail that I've sent in March .
Another request was sent in July and no response till date

I have applied for GCMS notes about 4-5 months after and honestly it didn’t help a lot. But if you still want them you can order them and get it by like 30 days. And yes it’s a good time for you to order them.

Currently 14 days remaining for my application’s estimated processing time. Waiting for PPR hope to get t soon

I haven’t seen a single case where gcms was actually of any help. Also, they are being delayed as well. Looking at the current trend ppr emails are taking somewhere between 6-8 months. So should i wait till 6th moth or 8th month? Or order the gcms right away? I can’t decide. I don’t want to sign up for something that can also be delayed and add further to my anxiety

I just received a response from London vO about my new passport . I had updated them a new passport as my old one was about to expire..
They replied just few minutes back stating that they had received my passport and the file had been updated with the new passport details ..

I never can seem to log on to my CiC account at one go

I used to have this issue with mine as well. I use Safari on mobile.

Now, what I do is each time I log out, I also clear my browser history. The login problem hasn’t happened for me since.

I spoke to an agent
She was very helpfull
Medical and criminality passed
The good news are that eligiblity is passed also
But security not started yet
Aor 6 march
She said still 14 days on the timeline and the application is moving and no documents are needed
how long the security check might take?

I just received a response from London vO about my new passport . I had updated them a new passport as my old one was about to expire..
They replied just few minutes back stating that they had received my passport and the file had been updated with the new passport details ..

At least they woke up from dead and gave acknowledgement. How does one get a status update from them? Im so tired of receiving the same response over and over again

How come none of you have been asked to participate in client experience survey? I even couldn’t find anything regarding it on this forum

Hey so basically you have to pay RPRF ASAP as you don’t really get a request you just pay the total fee which includes RPRF when you submit the application.

You can check if it’s paid or not on your profile, but consultants won’t let you see your CIC profile Anyways just ask them lol. You won’t get passport request unless all the fees are paid, so don’t wait for their request just pay it.

Thanks buddy for your reply! The thing is I asked the consultant and he said that IRCC will request for RPRF then only we need to pay (if not paid upfront). However, recently I read somewhere in this forum that IRCC asks for RPRF around (or along with) medical request message which didn't happen for me. So only I'm more concerned. Now, do you think I can pay the fee (RPRF) at this stage (without receiving any request from IRCC) and if so, will I need to confirm with IRCC about it through web form after payment? Anyways, calling IRCC never worked for me or not sure if I'm trying to connect with them in a correct way. Please guide.

Your welcome man, just as I said earlier go to your CIC profile and pay the fees, all the fees are made through credit card online so let your consultant know about it.

Well about the notes, for me they were not helpful at all because I was looking for an decision. Hope they workout for you bud.

This is almost definitely very good news. People often see PPR within a week from the 2nd update.
I also got 2 GU. One yesterday, one today. Something's definitely happening with our apps.
