File number? How’s that possible? I posted the documents just yesterday and there’s no tracking information yet. Anyways, I’ll update this forum once I get any update on my file
I sent my application on 10 July no file number yet. It's hard to know they issue file numbers . Some people get it in few days some others takes months

I did so.

EE profile expired: 07 April 2019
New profile created: 09 April 2019

But, today (April 09) I received an email from Alberta mentioning that my AINP application was declined due to not having an active EE profile.
What can I do now? Anyone please help.
Hi. Did you finally get a new NOI?

My reference letter mentioned everything except these three:
Work experience
Skills required
Education required

I think anything without those could suffice
Hi r u sure tht reference letters wthout the above parameters are acceptable as even i have reference letters wthout them

Hello everyone, quick question please. When they say copy of document is it simple copy or certified (notarized) one? Also for education do you submit everything including high school or just the highest level? Thanks and good luck to everyone.

Yep I guess most employers do not detail work experience or qualifications needed for specific jobs... However if you have any other documents that may respond to these requests like detailed contracts

Hi I believe for education the checklist states submit ALL your degrees diplomas and certificates from Canada and outside of Canada. I would suggest high school certificates onwards and not to worry if these were not evaluated for ECA as long as those that you claimed points for on EE are included as part of your application documents.

Hi folks,
My current employer declined to give me reference letter. Any quick suggestion would be highly appreciated.

Hi might you be able to get a reference letter from a senior colleague instead of HR (I'm sorry I assume it's HR that declined your request for reference letter) ..... perhaps a manager or supervisor in your department.... On company letter head..... A colleague who can draft this reference including all needed information...... In addition to submitting this letter you could explain further in in your LoE

Thanks Dora for your prompt reply. Actually you are right my HR has declined and moreover my manager is not good terms with anyone he might leave soon. I have my colleague who is in same position I am. Can I ask her to give me reference and I will attach LOE along with that letter

Hi Sdabas no worries we all here to help each other on our way..... Each application is unique with its own challenges..... The critical thing is to try to exhaust all possible ways to get and submit required documents because you will need these again once you receive your ITA.... I am in agreement that yes a colleague who is same position holder as yourself can actually give you a reference properly detailing your JD however try and push for one of your seniors as well... You might be forced to even get a manager from different department who has known you in your professional role and capacity to give you a reference in addition to that of your peer colleague this way I imagine when you detail in your LoE your challenges of getting reference from required sources you somewhat have some a buffer.... Fingers crossed you get a good new manager who will be considerate during your ITA submission
