Hi,
While creating profile in NAPRA and PEBC websites, if I leave my licensing information blank (because currently its expired) and later on I get it renewed, will I be able to update both profiles with the new information? As I read on the NAPRA site that I will not be able to update new details once all the information gets verified by IRCC....please could someone help me with this? How can we get to know when they verify it? Anyone faced a similar scenario?
My suggestion is: Immediately you are able to renew your license, communicate with PEBC and NAPRA via email containing your license details and status.

Thanks a lot for the swift response. Just a few more quick questions:
1. Is there any deadline to submit the PEBC application after paying the fees online?
2. Per the instructions,we are required to send currently dated transcripts directly from the University-my question is should the mark sheets be attested and then date stamped by the Registrar or something else?
3. When should the ECA request form be printed? Can I print it and send it along with the Document Evaluation application?

1.PEBC application deadline is stated in the website (www.pebc.ca) check the "Examination Date and Fees" menu of the website.

2. You will visit your university and request for your official transcript to be mailed to pebc official address (also stated in the website).

3.Yes you can print the ECA report form, fill it and mail it together with your application.

For more information, visit and explore the pebc website. All information are stated therein.

Thanks again. I just need further clarity regarding this point:
2. You will visit your university and request for your official transcript to be mailed to pebc official address (also stated in the website).- The website mentions that the issue date on the transcripts should be current and not cross 1 month before PEBC receives them. My question is since I passed B.Pharm in 2009, all my transcripts have issue dates already printed on each of them dating back to 2009 and before. So how to get them currently dated by the University?

Okay..

But is it not possible for you to request a newly dated and printed transcript from your university?
If yes, then that is the only way possible. Your university must create a newly dated transcript and mail it to pebc address.

Yes this seems to be the only probable solution, thanks for the suggestion.

Sorry to keep bothering you with all my questions but wanted to know if the licensing authority is required to send a licensing statement which is a letter of good standing as per the Pebc website AND a copy of license or only the licensing statement is required?

Your country's licensing authority will mail only the licensing statement/letter of good standing to PEBC address..

But, there are some doubts in my mind Please help me to clear it. So, that i can complete my Document Evaluation.

The doubts are :

2. Do I need to submit transcript of Both B.pharma and M.pharma ?

3. Is it compulsory to apply for qualifying exam with document evaluation to get ECA report?

Or I can register for qualifying exam after immigrate to canada ?

4. When I send you the transcript and licensing statement do i need to mark any identification like passport number, National Identifier number or any thing like it. So, that my transcript get identified at your side.

Hi,

I'll try to resolve your queries with my limited knowledge,
1.First few stages of PEBC is common for all provinces that accept PEBC.So you need to apply for PEBC first. This should help,
http://www.pharmacistsgatewaycanada.ca/what-licensure-alberta.shtml
You will get detailed provincial requirements from the link above

2.Yes
3.Not mandatory...Everybody applies for Document Evaluation and ECA alone as long as they are not sure if they'll get to immigrate.
4.Transcript and GSC are directly sent from the respective authorities and you may ask them to mention your PEBC ID No: on the envelope, which you will get once you pay the Document Evaluation fees and Napra ipg fees which comes around INR 50k .
Hope this helps! :)

I am from India and I want to evaluate my document to get ECA certificate from PEBC.

I have one doubt about statutory declaration for my name. please guide me.

The name on my documents are as follows:

Bachelor Degree : Patel Ronakkumar
Master Degree : Patel Ronakkumar Pravinkumar
Licencing statement : Patel Ronakkumar Pravinkumar
Passport : Patel Ronakkumar Pravinkumar

So i want to know that do i need any statutory declaration and if yes than which other document i have to attach with statutory declaration.

Please guide me.

Thank you. Regards

Hi
I got the email from PEBC says the result letter has been sent out, but I have no idea how long it will take to get the letter, and whether I passed or not.

It will get to you in approximately 10 business days.
In my own case, I succesfully got my document evaluation result letter last week and I'm qualified.

Yesterday, I applied for the January 8th 2020 (Winter Evaluation Exam). Paid the fee (860 CAD) online and printed out the form. I will fill and courier it to PEBC today.
