I apply for a renewal of my p r card on march 31.they receive my application on April 4,2019.Today I call ircc to check the status of my application. The person on other side told me that they didn't find my application .He told me to wait another 30 day's. Can senior members guess what's going on.any advice on this stage
How did you see the date they accepted the application? Did you courier it?

I checked my online status and It showed that after 25 days of mailing my application and they sent me email on the same day to acknowledge me that they received the application 25 days ago
since that time no any new news

I checked it now in this morning ET . It is COMPLETE
  1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on March 29, 2019.
  2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on April 25, 2019.
  3. We started processing your application on April 25, 2019.
  4. Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on May 1, 2019.

I got “decision made” but when I click on it, is says in process. Anyone have an idea of what this may mean?

Hi everyone, thought I’d share my timeline.
My application was not urgent and I was in Canada for only just over 2 years during the 5 year period. I also did a surname change due to marriage. GL to everyone else!
  1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on April 1, 2019.
  2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on April 29, 2019.
  3. We started processing your application on April 29, 2019.
  4. Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on May 2, 2019.

Hi MDh2o,

It's nice that your case processing is complete , once again congratulations and best wishes. Can you please tell us did they say the exact date when it was mailed or just said that it has been mailed. And did they say how many days it can take in mail. My guess is you will get it on coming Monday ( if it hasn't arrived by today ). Pls let us know when your card arrives , it will give an idea to all how many days it take in mail.

Quick question: anyone in Hamilton/GTA area; how long did it take to receive your card in the mail? Canada Post says 5 days max. The CIC website says up to 6 weeks to receive.
Mine was mailed on Friday, I received it Monday evening.
