Does anyone have an order of laying the application forms and supporting documents? There are more than one form being requested to be placed on the top of other ones. The guide is confusing, thanks.

Hi guys, I have copies of official translation for my parents birth certificate and marriage license. These are stamped in Dec 2016. If I print them would that be ok? Or should I submit the actual translations with actual stamps?
Do they accept old translations? Any idea?

No guideline but follow the order in the DOCUMENT CHECKLIST. It is a checklist for a reason - They read the first one on the list, Check if you have it then move to the next one on the list... and so on...

Do you think sending two copies of this form (IMM 5669) 1)Handwritten signature 2)Digitally signed, is going to be a issue?
I'm not sure why there has to be two??
Put yourself in the shoes of the IRCC officer, what if he saw the digitally signed forms FIRST and never bothered to check the other forms where it has a 'handwritten' signature? To make his life easy, he'll just send it back to you. In this head, "The guideline says handwritten multiple times, why would you send digitally signed forms".

You don't want to take that chance, do you?

Almost all of the people here in this thread got their invites. Few are waiting. They've been sending out invites since Wednesday. Few people here are quick enough to have their paper applications mailed out already.

I cannot comment on copies of birth certificates but I did send old translations from 2017. They came with an affidavit and were done by professional translation agency in Canada who are still in business. I sent originals. I believe I am not going to have any issues due to age of these documents.

after downloading the actual translation of birth certificate , you must have to attest by the notary/lawyer.

I don't even think this is a "mistake". In the run up to the EOI form, IRCC was giving contradictory answers on Twitter and on their website, and call center agents too were giving different answers. Just write a letter explaining.
What should I explain? I mean - do you have any pointers that I can write?

Do not send 2 copies of the same form. If you can validate the form without the digital signature, then go ahead and just hand sign it. What I did was digitally sign it and then get the hand written signature next to the typed name after the form is printed out. (I applied in 2018)

Both IMM0008 and IMM1344 will generate barcodes, and on the guidelines both of them saying: Place the barcode page on top of your application (forms and supporting documents) when you submit it. On the check list, it states 1344 will be place on the top of 0008 according to the order, however, do I place both of their barcode pages first above all under the checklist or do I place 1344 barcodes ---> 1344 forms ---> other forms in between---->0008barcodes-----> 0008 forms?
That was my concern, thanks.

One instruction that the guide has but the checklist doesn't is that the barcode page(s) need to be place on top of the application form.
I didn't read this instruction careful enough:
"Place the barcode page(s) on the top of your application (forms and supporting documents) when you submit it."

And I placed mine at the order the pages were printed. I was panic for a little while but our application was still accepted. (I was so relieved when we got the AOR)
