Transfer that amount from my father to my account then made a gift deed for that money after that submitted with a LOE. Now waiting for received any update.

Don't worry...you are lucky enough that you got an ADR for POF. But there are lots of applicants they did not receive any ADR whereas they got RR for POF. I am one of them. so relax, you are almost corner to PPR.

My aor is 6th August and I passed medical in August itself. Since then there is no update.
Now, I have crossed 6 month mark so I was thinking to order notes.
Can anyone recommend me the website to order notes?
Any help is appreciated.

Order the notes but also try calling ircc as the notes will take another 30 days. N if ur lucky the agent might at least give u status of ur file.

Tried calling last month, I was told that bg check is in progress. No other information was given to me.

Initial assessment of eligibility is usually made by a Case Processing Agent or a Case Analyst within 1.5-2 months and result is either "met", "recommended pass" (met and recommended pass are the same and equally positive), "review required", or "not met" (no "passed" at this stage). After background check (criminality and security) are passed, the visa officer will review and make the final decision on whether to approve an application. Understanding this process is important because it means one should order GCMS around 2.5-3 months after AOR to find out if there's anything wrong with his or her application in order to actively take measures.

Now, in my experience and and others I've observed, if the initial assessment of eligibility is positive (met or recommended pass), usually the agents will happily tell you so. Otherwise, they will resort to generic "in process", "under review" to cut you off from further questioning.

Note I'm not telling you should be worry. Answers depend on each agent and their different moods. But I suggest you order GCMS or CBSA Notes now. It's the only way to truly understand what's going on. As we are near or already over 6-month mark, I advise CBSA. Let's hope you get your PPR before receiving the notes.

Hi, how does one order CBSA notes?
 
Have been using Skype to call CIC but would always tell me the are experiencing high call volumes. Used Google hangouts dialer got through first time. Agent said review required (since October according to my notes from nov) and security not started. Hoping my notes due end of Feb shed more light. Hand RR for POF as I had a small loan and credit card at the time of initial submission. Hope there is movement soon
 
AOR-13 Aug. Completed six months today. Spoke with an IRCC agent. Eligibility, Medical, Criminality all passed. Security not started. He would not tell me when it would start. File is in Ottawa.
@tobs - any suggestions???

All GCMS services also offer CBSA. CBSA is the same as GCMS, but with unredacted security check status obtained from Canadian Border Security Agency (hence CBSA). Same price, longer waiting time.

I have the same AOR and no update since medicals passed! Got my notes last week and found out that I had review required for pof.
