Ah ok ... that explains it. NS has been keeping people awake from June AOR also.Nope, I'm actually FSW-O and my Visa Office is Nova Scotia.
Not yet. The e-mail from Ralph said I should expect it in the coming weeks.There are a bunch of people whose applications have been approved that are still waiting for the PPR e-mail.
Congratulations Arod! I have been following your posts intently as we have the same AOR and IP2 dates. March 14 and August 8. I just learnt that my file is with CIO , Nova Scotia from Ralph Goodale. Would you happen to have an email address for this office? I wish you good news in the coming weeks!

Did the Ralph office tell you anything about the status of your application? When I contacted Nova Scotia I did it through one of the below -mail addresses, one of them is inactive, though I don't remember which one.

Most likely the response you will get from them is that your file is in queue for review, they don't provide much information.
Yes Arod, he told me my criminality was passed on August 8 and my security checks have not been initiated. My file had review required for work experience. I sent them additional documents since May. I'm surprised my eligibility is still under review required meanwhile criminality is passed. Do you have any advice for me?

Yes, one of the addresses is inactive so that was expected.
Interesting, your criminality was set to passed on the same day as me. Since you already sent them additional documents there is nothing you can do but wait until the officer assigned to your case reviews it. You can also request GCMS notes to see what has changed recently.
If they need something from you they will tell you but I don't think that will be the case and they will probably send you the PPR soon. The only question is when.
You and I are almost on the same timeline and situation....AOR Mar 6, IP1 Mar 14, IP2 Aug 8....Review required for Work experience...i uploaded new work experience letter since MARCH 28...(Yes even before i was placed on RR (April 8) my, till now it has not bn reviewed but criminality was passed on the 8th of Aug...I really don't understand how this people work.

Its been 7 months and 15 days now.
I emailed the IRCC and asked for an update. on September 26th 2018 that is after I crossed my 6 months of time line. And I received an update on 3rd October 2018 as follow:
Departmental records indicate that your application is currently in progress at the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney. Criminality screening has passed, and an eligibility review is pending. While I am unable to provide a precise time-frame for the completion of this application, please be assured that officials will contact you should additional information or documentation be required, or once a final decision has been made.
After one month that is on 3rd November I emailed them again and I got the response today as follow:
IRCC records indicate that your application for permanent residence is being actively processed at the Case Processing Center in Ottawa. This application is currently in queue for review by immigration officials.
Is this Normal?
Does this mean that my file is complete and it is under review again?
Why both visa offices are changed?
Is there mistake or am I missing something?
Please help if you can..!!

You're not missing anything and visa offices can change many times during the process. They generally do so for load redistribution.
