Guys,
I know we're all very anxious and the wait is horrible; but unfortunately, we HAVE to be patient and wait! CIC clearly states on their website that the processing time for PR applications is up to 6 months, so don't contact them before that time otherwise they're just going to tell you "all the information you need is in your online account". I know it's hard! I know it's almost impossible to stay calm, but we have to.
I'm on the same boat, I submitted my application mid-August and I'm patiently waiting, of course I check my account every single day, but all we can do is wait, wait and wait!!! Some people who submitted their application after me have received their PR already, but that doesn't mean mine is delayed or there's something wrong with it. It would be delayed if it goes beyond 6 months, and only then I would contact CIC.
No one here can give you a real "estimate" of how long it'll take, no one here can give you details on how the process goes because only CIC officers know and they're not going to tell you until it's time. So, please, just be patient and wait!
I wish everyone the best of luck! I hope we all get good news soon but until then, you know what we have to do.
excellent explanation :)

@mshubha : Can you please provide me a detail about, how your process is happening?

Because mine also same like your profile. AM a CEC inland applicant and my husband as dependent applicant and he lives in Srilanka. We received our AOR on Aug 13th, after that no updates yet. We have submitted our medical before Aug 13th itself. Most of my friends said, because we both are in different places thats why the medicals itself getting delayed. But it's been more than 2 months. My visa office is 'Nova scotia'.

Really much appreciated for your response.
Hi,

Sure I will keep you in a loop. There has not been any update since I submitted my RCMP on Sep 17

Do you know if what is the estimated processing time going on as if now??
This is from MyImmiTracker:

Based on the available data - CIC are currently issuing PPRs for the AOR submitted from 6 August 2018 to 6 September 2018
PPR status for your stream might be received between 7 October 2018 and 12 March 2019, but most likely around 1 December 2018

So worst case, we should get PPR mid-March. Every case is different.

Good Luck!

Got my inland interview today for Nov 5th, this seems to be a in place instead of the PPR. Also it should noted I'm in CEC EE common law.
Timeline was:
AOR: Aug 3rd
Medical: Aug 25th
Call for Interview: Today

In the interview you submit your photos and will get the COPR there. My only concern is I will be moving residence early December and I not sure of what address I'll be at. I don't know where to send my PR card. Therefore I don't want to activate my COPR at the interview. Has anyone come across an instance like this? I can ask the officer on the day, I just want to get an idea of all possibilities.

I should add there was no update to my application, no ghost email or anything like that. This was a direct mail from CIC.

I have exactly the same Timeline: hopefully I will hear soon, thanks for sharing as I've yet to receive any ghost update or anything like that after medical.

I contacted CIC today and spoke with an agent, she said it is in final stages and i will be hearing from them soon. She said everything is looking good and application had progressed the way it should have. Hopefully good news come soon :)
