IQAS ECA Assessment

Hi guys

I have done my MBA from Stratford University accredited by ACICS USA. I was rejected the Assessment from WES for my MBA , Do you think applying for IQAS was a right decision and would be able do provide ECA for the same???
And Also
I got my 2nd AOR ON 6th Dec 17
How much time you guys think will it take to get the final ECA????

No... they have denied to evaluate the ACICS affiliated degrees

I did ECA for 3.5 years diploma in general nursing and midwifery from WES and they gave equilancy to higher secondary only.
Has anyone done ECA for same from IQAS. Would be very thankful for your response.

I would like to know if you had sent the original transcript or SCDL sent it?
Also, I have completed PGDBA Operations from SCDL - can i expect a positive report?

- I have consolidated mark list for both the degrees (MBA and B Tech) is that enough or do I need send all semester mark list separately ?

Consolidated marksheet will be fine. You can send either semester wise markshhem or consolidate marksheet.

Hi Guys... I have a query.
My husband and myself sent the details to IQAS. We collected the transcripts in sealed packages and mailed it together with the application form. We have 2 different envelopes consisting of all my documents and husband's documents separately. But both these envelopes have been binded and sent in the same courier package to IQAS. Will that be an issue in evaluation?

The external courier package contains husband's reference number. But once they open the package they will find 2 separate pakages each for both of us. Please suggest, guys.

Hi All ,
My Bachelor's has already been evaluated WES . I need to get my PGDM (IMT CDL) evaluated from IQAS since WES doesn't recognize IMTCDL .

Can I send my PGDM transcripts only to IQAS or do I need to send by bachelor transcripts again ?

Has anyone here only got their Masters/PGDM evaluated from IQAS without sending the Bachelor degree transcripts?

Hi Smriti ,

Yes, I have got the evaluation from IQAS for IMTCDL and it was positive . However they evaluated my 1 Year PGDM to University Certificate so my category changed from Bachelor's degree to "Two or more Degree, Diploma or Certificate" .

1) Need to create a online application and after online payment you will get your reference number with 100% complete application status.
2) You will get one email in your registered email address, It will be attached with two documents. 1} Application form 2} Check list.
3) Transcript need to request to your university, as per there payment procedure. Inform them to deliver it to IQAS Canada office by your university include 1 Page "Request of Academic Records" form.
4) Similarly you need to send the photo copies of Education certificate + all semester mark lists + Application Checklist (emailed to you after completion of step 1) + Application form + Passport. All in color or black and white.
5) You will get fist confirmation by IQAS on delivery of the fist courier package, It may be from you or your University.
6) Then you will get second email confirmation as per delivered package, This will start your ECA processing time of 8-12 Weeks. Few of the candidate don`t get email confirmation due to number of reasons. No need to call them or email them, They are well trained to reply on all the queries in same format. So just relax and help other forum members like me
7) Process time on IQAS website click here.
8) Ask for extra one more copy of ECA, it will cost you $15, Worth spending. Because you will be requiring this for searching job in Canada.

I have created IQAS account and done payment. Now I have to get my bachelors and masters transcript from 2 universities. Do I need to attest degree certificate or transcript? Also can i send the documents from teo universities together and the required photocopies along with that. Is there any problem sending like that? Please help

Do I need to include the 1 page request of Academic Records form if I am sending the sealed transcripts myself instead of the university ?
