not necessarily, it can be processed in Ottawa as well or Nova Scotia, its not mandatory that all outland applications move to their respective LVOs, we have many indians who have their files processed out of ottawa and ottawa issues their PPR and then you also have many indians who get it from NDVO
Oh ok
Thank you bro
I guess it’s waiting time yet again

congratulations! Good luck for your future.

Can I ask you, how did you come to know about your VO?
Thank you!
I sent an email to Ottawa asking about it back in February. But I think they don't answer things like that anymore.

Your Visa Office appears in GCMS Notes too.

@sashiv20 and @goodtimes12
Both AOR 16th Jan and both stuck in IP1 till today
Both got Ghost update and moved to IP2 :)
Gives me hope as I am AOR 13th Jan and IP1 forever...
It seems that there is some correlation between the application assignment date on the gcms notes. From the comments from @kr_Canada he had application due date at 4/28/2018 and me on 5/5/2018 . While nothing happened on those days, it at least signifies the time difference between the two applications. Approx. 5 days after @kr_Canada got ghost update , I got ghost update as well. Did you get your gcms notes?

Hey amigos. I've been following this discussion board, this thread in particular, to get some semblance of what the whole residency application process is like. Given how the IRCC folks aren't exactly helpful when it comes to non-generic app info.

That’s not a ghost update

A ghost update is when your status shows updated but there’s no change in your ECAS status. Yours was a real update.
