you can still call this number using skype, there is no number specifically for outland applicants

sometimes i got it the first time, sometimes i got disconnected 2 times in a row, then i stopped and tried the next day or in a couple of hours. try at the very start of the day, 8 or 8.30 am EST.

I just called Cic and they told me that my application is at Nova Scotia and everything seems fine and they are waiting for the security to be done
But my concern is that after 4 months it should be at your local VO right ??

Yeah it happened to me too but I got lucky and I spoke to a nice gentleman

not necessarily, it can be processed in Ottawa as well or Nova Scotia, its not mandatory that all outland applications move to their respective LVOs, we have many indians who have their files processed out of ottawa and ottawa issues their PPR and then you also have many indians who get it from NDVO

Got a Ghost Update on the account today. The Back ground Check status changed to "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information"
But the Review of Eligibility and Review of additional Documents remains the same.
Does this mean that my case is in IP2 status now ?

Medicals Passed - Jan 31st
FBI PCC Submitted - Feb 2nd

IP1 Since then. I Ordered GCMS notes on April 26th, not received yet.
