Hello everyone,
I applied via EE after getting nominated to Ontario. I submitted my application last week and have passed the medical. Today I have recieved this email from IRCC -

Dear Applicant,

IRCC has informed WES that they cannot verify your ECA report. This is due to the incorrect application choice as the WES FSWP customized application was not selected.

In order for Immigration Refugee Citizenship and Immigration Canada to process your immigration application, they will need to verify your ECA report using WES’s online service. To allow CIC access to your ECA report, you will need to order a duplicate report by logging in to your account athttps://applications.wes.org/createaccount/login/login

Can someone please help? I know how to order a duplicate but do I need to make any changes? and also what do they mean by This is due to the incorrect application choice as the WES FSWP customized application was not selected.?

I believe, Assessment should be " ECA APPLICATIO FOR IRCC" you can contact ECA customer care for more information.

Currently my CRS is 416, and I want to increase it by doing some post graduate diploma course by correspondence or distance. Any college/university which is UGC approve will do or I need to look for something else as well, just to make sure it will be WES recognized?

You do not need the blank pages. You should submit your data page, the pages with visas and entry/exit stamps.

Can anyone in the group help me with my query?? Does the NOC code occupation title has to match exactly as the JOB TITLE in the company we have worked for? Eg: If the job title in NOC is medical writer and the designation in your company is senior associate but you have done the same job responsibilites as medical writer, will it suffice? The most important thing is that your NOC code must match your job description in a comoany. Various companies have different job titles for a same position. So your job description should tally with the Noc code you pick

Second option, add two year education as one entry and than also add internship of two month for the overlapping period in education. In my case I just wrote the education period (didn't wrote about the internship because I counted it as a part of the degree)

- I am working as a Business Development Executive in IT firm and have applied under 6221 NOC "Technical Sales Specialist". In my experience letter I will get "Business Development Executive" as a designation but my NOC title is Technical sales specialist so does it create any problem here?

HI,
I have one major confusion regarding Marriage Date:

- We have applied for US visitor visa in March 2016 and at that time our agent had prepared a fake Mrg certificate and added 20th Jan 2016 as a marriage date
- Now our actual marriage was done after that on 10th Feb 2017
- After Feb 2017 we have decided to apply for Canada EE, and consult another agent who specialized in EE and also told him about our previous marriage data in US DS 160 form and he told me that any how we have to create a marriage certificate with "20th Jan 2016" Date
- So we consult few lawyers and out of them one of the lawyer register our Marriage under Special Marriage Act, on 25th July 2017
- In our Special Marriage Act Certificate they have mentioned in last line that "Said Marriage has this "25th July 2017" registered under this act having effect as from "20th Jan 2016"

So my question is which Marriage Certificate I need to put in EE profile, Regular OR Special Marriage Act?

- What if they do background check and find the 2 different dates if I put regular Certificate?
- If I put Special Marriage Act Certificate does that valid? Does that affect that why I have registered my marriage under this act on 25th July?

Hello Everyone,

I've a query while filling the express entry form.
Let's say I did my Master's Degree from Institute A and degree is awarded by University B. When WES does the ECA, they only write that degree awarded by University B. They have no mention on INstitute A.
Now in the express entry profile, when I'm filling the education detail, what should I write in the "Name of School/Institution" - Institute A or University B.

I'm sure this is a very commom scenario. Kindly help.
