There are three things you need to prove to claim 15 point for sibling

1. Proof of PR/Citizenship status
2. Proof of physical residence
3. Proof of relationship

To show proof of siblings PR status you will have to submit scan of front and back of PR card. So yes, you have to wait till she receives her PR card.

To show proof of physical residence you can use rental agreement and utility bills. But you cannot use these to prove point 1 ( PR status).

So yes, please wait for her to receive her PR card.

Please refrain from providing misguided advice. The signed COPR is sufficient for proving PR status.

Hello Everyone,

Can some one please guide- "Does 3rd party payroll or temp employees work experience is countable or not" ?

Would really appreciate if someone has a knowledge about this.

Thanks !!
Can someone pls guide me on this

If they continued the two 3000 ITAs draws per month trend, then 3400 ITAs will be remaining.
There must be three draws in a month, the question is what is that month ?

Dear Friends,

WES gave a wrong evaluation of Diploma to a candidate and although that applicant received NOI from OINP but later came to know that OINP doesnt accept anything below Bachelors and after knowing that that candidate requests WES to recheck their side if the previous evaluation can be changed and indeed truly the evaluation changed to Bachelors but in the meantime that candidates 45 days of application exceeds.

So, in this situation, what can be advised to the applicant? Surely, it was not the applicants fault to receive the wrong eca result but tragically it didn't allow him to make the application on time.

@ishq74 @DelPiero07 @trumprefugee @vensak @abhishek_89 @legalfalcon @lino82 @TanakaM and anyone if you can pls give your valuable recommendation it will mean a lot. thanks.

You can certainly try to recreate your profile. Yet difficult to say what hidden internal conditions does Ontario have. The only thing that was confirmed is that if you qualify for a different stream you can get new NOI. But so far I did not see anybody reporting to get NOI repeatedly. Other than that you can still try to learn French in order to get direct ITA

Am I the only one thinking that CIC is so evil that they even make you hate your own Birthdays? ;)

Lol, There is the whole reason behind the birthday points reduction. Let's think it the other way, you lose 5 points per age but you will gain more than 5 points in educations and experiences from the one year that you lost. So you should still make a net gain here, right? My point is, just celebrate your birthday:D

@OdinNguyen You are right.. But look at most of those who are striving for an ITA..

Early 30s.. At least 8 years of experience.. Hanging onto a 440 and having sleepless Wednesdays.. Suddenly a Birthday comes and you feel like your dreams are being shattered.. At this stage completing another degree or one more year of experience are going to make any difference.. eh?

Early 30s + At least 8 years of experience sounds like a norm bachelor graduate only. You can always improve the score by taking up master. Most of the youngsters don't have that exp points to begin with.

Hi @DelPiero07 point duly noted...I wasn't meaning to misguide. Was only sharing what I had read. I hadn't read anywhere that copr is accepted too. But thank you for correcting.

@techie007 sorry if you felt misguided. As mentioned above. I believe a signed copy of the copr and other documents such as rental agreement, utilities bill in your sister's name would be sufficient in your case.

I am sorry I do not have a solution to your situation as I am new on here, but on a different note, Can I ask you what date did you get your NOI from OINP please? That would help me understand if I can get the same as my score is currently 438.

I am having OINP NOI which I received on Feb 23rd @ CRS 438. I recently improved my score to 442. Should I wait for direct ITA or go with OINP. very confused...any comment/suggestion will be helpful.. I will be an year older in July.
