We already received the AIP and a email stating that the decision was made, also ECAS status is DM, but no change on MyCic. Except for the review of additional documents, it was saying that documents were needed until a few days ago.
I don't think MyCic give us a real status and it is really crazy to see the discrepancy between ecas and mycic, my advice to everybody is to keep an eye on the email.

Application status: We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you. Help - Application status
Review of eligibility: We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of medical results: You passed the medical exam.
Review of additional documents: Not applicable.
Interview: You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
Biometrics: We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.
Background check: We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
Final decision: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

Congrats!

Agreed - first I saw DM on ecas, then I received AIP via email, then invitation for landing interview via email, then sponsor received approval via email.

Hey everybody,

Just an update on my timeline to give some sort of hope to the folks still waiting for their PR to come in.

I applied for "in-canada" permanent residency through common law with my Canadian (now) wife sponsoring me and working in Canada on a 2 year renewable open work permit while it's processing. I'm from the UK.

March 14th 2017 - received application for permanent residence, and application to sponsor.
March 29th 2017 - sent approval for sponsorship so I could get my open work permit
July 19th 2017 - They asked for medical to be completed
July 21st 2017 - submitted the medical to them (I was told to do anything they asked ASAP to not delay application further)
February 28th 2018 - updated my application to "decision made"

So I think the next step is that I'll get a letter from them in the next few days with some sort of landing paper instructions, or potentially have to attend an interview then drive to the border and turn around to be landed woo!!!

It's been an emotional rollercoaster thats for sure and almost over with! Best of luck to the rest of you folks in March - hopefully you'll receive an answer soon.

Congratulations, what is really bugging me is that we've received this email stating that "We are pleased to advise you that processing of your application has been completed. The Canada Immigration Centre in Etobicoke IRCC will contact you to arrange an appointment for the finalization of your permanent resident application.", but no further information.... No date for the interview just this request to wait for a contact.....

Hello everyone. Does anyone know in what month is the CIC asking for medical exams for inland applicants?
they're all over the place lately. can be 4 months, can be at the very end of processing. mine was requested after 9 months.

Hello all!

I started this process in the beginning of 2017 and received my UCI in the beginning of April 2017 and have done my police certificates and my medical exam and then last week received an email stating that my application process is complete and I will be contacted by Etobiccoke to arrange for an appointment for the finalization of my permanent residence application. My questions are

What's next?

What should I expect?

What should I do to prepare?

Any and all advice or direction would be greatly appreciated :)
