Hi,
I got nominated by PNP-NS under Canadian experience class NOC 3012, but i am eligible for the other programs under express entry which i created online.
1. If i receive the invitation by IRCC, do i have to upload docs for the experience from my home country? Or else do i have chance to select only Canadian experience class for my express entry?
2. Can i delete the experience of mine and my spouse from home country to avoid unnecessary work?
3.I did not get any points for my spouse education and experience from back home,so i would like to delete of that if it does not affect my application.

Please advise me in this regard.thanks
Hi,

1- If you qualify for CEC the system will automatically put you in this class.
2- Yes, you can. If you have not claimed points for your foreign experience you can remove it.
3- Go ahead and delete it. You can mention the two in her personal history section, post ITA.

All the best

Thank you for the information.

I am eligible for federal skilled program noc 3012, so i claimed points for foreign experience. But, my nomination is based on CEC NOC 3012.
So, do i get the invitation based on CEC or FSP?
1. i don not want to go for FSP because it is easy for me to upload docs for CEC.
2. what if i am going to delete the entire FSP profile? I am so confused.
3. I have masters in Nursing, got WES done already. Still do i have to upload the original transcripts or degree certificates??
Please advise me!

What does you EE profile say? Which class has it put you in? Like I said before, you do not choose which program you want to apply under. The system does it automatically. Therefore if you qualify under CEC then it should be automatic.

3 - Only the degree certificate is required.

I have been trying for Canada PR for the past six months. My IELTS score is overall 5.5 and my spouse score is overall 7. Is it possible to apply for PR by making my spouse as primary applicant as she also has three years of work experience in India from 2010 - 2013.

I am not getting the CRS score for Express Entry process whether we have to score 67/100 or above 500 for 1200.Guide me in this section.

Yes, your spouse can be the primary applicant.

You are confusing two different things, first if you are interested in the FSW program then you must score at least 67 out of 100 points in order to be eligible. https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/become-candidate/eligibility/federal-skilled-workers/six-selection-factors-federal-skilled-workers.html

Once you figure out whether you are eligible or not you can create an Express Entry profile in which you will receive a CRS score based on several factors, such score will determine (every time there is a draw) whether you will receive an invitation to apply for permanent residence or not.

Thank you for the reply.

I am having a doubt that my spouse is not currently working and also she will not work immediately after landing in Canada. Will I still be able to apply PR considering my spouse as primary applicant.

It is a provincial nomination program (PNP) for Ontario province and they have several job codes in demand aka NOC codes

First check eligibility criteria that if you are meeting 67 points for express entry profile and next step is after creation check your crs scores based on Ielts / TEF scores

Usually Ontario provides NOI for all applicants above 400 CRS and last year they issued less than 400 as well for ICT sector

Long story short

I did register for EE recently and I am above 400 CRS. How can I know which NOC codes they want?

Cheers!

A range of candidates in the Express Entry pool who have work experience in one of many Information and Communications Technology (ICT) occupations were prioritized by the province of Ontario under a new initiative that began on June 26. Now, Ontario has clarified which candidates have been targeted for selection by the province.

Under this initiative, Ontario searched the Express Entry pool specifically for ICT workers under the Express Entry-aligned Human Capital Priorities (HCP) stream, part of the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP).

Candidates with work experience in any of the following ICT occupations were eligible to receive a Notification of Interest (NOI, effectively an invitation to apply for a provincial nomination), even if they scored less than 400 points under the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS). Normally, Ontario only invites candidates with 400 or more CRS points.

  • NOC 0131: Telecommunication Carriers Managers
  • NOC 0213: Computer and Information Systems Managers
  • NOC 2133: Electrical and Electronics Engineers
  • NOC 2147: Computer Engineers (Except Software Engineers and Designers)
  • NOC 2171: Information Systems Analysts and Consultants
  • NOC 2172: Database Analysts and Data Administrators
  • NOC 2173: Software Engineers and Designers
  • NOC 2174: Computer Programmers and Interactive Media Developers
  • NOC 2175: Web Designers and Developers
  • NOC 2241: Electrical and Electronics Engineering Technologists and Technicians
  • NOC 2281: Computer Network Technicians
  • NOC 2282: User Support Technicians
  • NOC 2283: Systems Testing Technicians
  • NOC 5224: Broadcast Technicians
  • NOC 5241: Graphic Designers and Illustrators

Keep an eye on Ontario website for noc changes and any updates
It might change every year

Many thanks for useful tips.

Then I think I have a very small chance of being nominated for this program as I am a mechanical engineer which is not included in above NOC codes.

You must delete, then answer none or no to the question that asks if she has any education.
