The Express Entry process is divided into three main stages:

  1. Pre-Application:
Check your eligibility under FSW, FST, or CEC programs. Take your IELTS test, get your Education Credential Assessment (ECA), and create your Express Entry profile on the IRCC website.
  2. Pre-ITA (Invitation to Apply):
Once your profile is in the pool, wait for an ITA. While waiting, start collecting documents like police certificates, employment letters, and proof of funds. If your CRS score is low, you can apply for a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) to increase your score.
  3. Post-ITA:
After receiving the ITA, you have 60 days to submit your full application (e-APR) with all documents and medical exams. Once approved, you’ll get a Passport Request (PPR) and Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR).

In short:
Create your profile → Wait for ITA → Submit documents → Get PR approval → Move to Canada.
