You have to pay 100 plus 155 so all in all you need to pay 255. That also happen to my application i only pay 100 and they returned my owp application saying insufficient payment. So i needed to pay another 155 and send back the whole application in alberta.

Did you also pay for the $1040 for the sponsorship application with the $100 initially?
Did your timeline have to start all over again as if it was a new application?

I have submitted my Schedule A via online account 4 days ago since I uploaded Schedule A form its showing in details column "Replacement Provided" and still did not receive any message for receiving or did not change of status yet . I feel sick I only added the receipt of payment and sent the application back that way, assuming that since it was the only thing missing that that was all that was needed.... will it be returned again?? I will shrivel up and cry if it is!!!!

Hi! I sent the entire package (IMM5710 and checklist updated) and the documents required (copy of passport, visa, marriage certificate, proof of payments and a copy of the letter they sent me)

Another person from the forum called them and they told that had to fill out the updated forms and send it all again.

I think you should call them and ask about that.

This is very stressful.

We have identical situation. Seems unlikely they will return work permit app. a second time just because of old version of form. If you call them or learn anything more let us know. I think we will just leave it and hope for the best.

Can I bring my husband (by that time) with me in CA as Tourist and process the spousal sponsorship?
How long does it usually take to receive the spousal PR? so that we can gauge the months that he will stay as a tourist here in CA.

We are not living together in my home country. Our relationship is on its 6th year at the moment.

What would be my best options?

Hi HomeAgain17, sorry to bother. I see that you mentioned your OWP was returned due to insufficient funds due to sending only $100. We too only sent in $100, where does it say it should've been $155? Should we pay another $55 now and avoid them from returning our application?

what’s the status of your relationship? is it marriage like? common law? if it is, the next question is did you declare / included him when you applied for PR?

we just got engaged last February. We are not common law/ not yet married / not living together in my home country.

so you can apply later on then. processing time for inland application is 12 months.
