Thank you Mister Bill for your reply,
I will definitely say Yes to both questions.
I'm afraid they may accuse me of misrepresentation because as I told you before, when I applied to the Canadian tourist this passed June I unintentionally answered "NO" to the question that says "have you ever been refused a visa to Canada or any country".
I'm afraid they will check the temporary visa application I filed in June, and find a contradiction between the two answers of the same question that is also asked on the ePRA.
In your opinion, would they go that far ?, and if that's the case would this have any negative impact on my application such as misrepresentation?
I appreciate your help Mister Bill.
Thank you !
They don't consider it as misrepresentation for PR applications as long as your criminal record and security check is clean. Misrepresentation usually occurs for false documents or hiding some criminal activity.

So you should be more than safe and this refusal shall not impact your PR application.

Good Luck

Thanks for the reply. In my gcms notes I observed 2 activities related to my daughter :
Activity 21:
Activity type : biographic
Field name : Status
New value : not started
Office : gcms _system
Activity 22 :
Activity type: biographic
Field nane: status
New value: retransmission required
Office : gcms_system
All other family members have their new value is NRT.

Note 2 :
Text: addresses and background info reviewed including all sub tabs. Answer no to All statutory questions .

Review required Not mentioned any where.
I think your file is more than OK and it should be processed faster once opened by Local Visa Office.

Good Luck

12.30pm -02.30pm before and after that they are usually occupied and your call will not be able to transfer to an agent. It may take 30-40 minutes to get connected with an agent after being in the queue.
Hi @BillHyatt ,

One more query!!!!
What re the chances of files rejection once it has been transferred to local visa office?
And once it is transferred, what are the checks which are pending and what all have been already completed?
Any input is appreciated... Thanks

There are cases of rejection in LVO but they are very rare. So, being in LVO means 90% of the file is processed and just a final review is needed.

LVO is responsible to update your Security part of Admissibility Test, Review any recommended notes by Agent in CIO-Sydney, Update Misrepresentation and recommend the final decision.

Once, you are within 10 days of IP2 either you will receive ADR if an additional review was recommended or you shall call IRCC or email LVO to confirm if your file is approved. As sometimes files are approved but for some reasons doesn't receive any PPR.

I hope this will help.

So does this mean thay LICO would have been cleared, as i see people getting rejections for LICO?
And in my case i am in NA2 from past 2 months. And my docs section shows No docs needed.

I can’t say what is passed or not. LICO can be recommended Review for analyst in LVO who can than make decision.

So, any thing that is recommended for further review will be reviewed by the analyst in LVO and make decision. Therefore, I can’t say which sections are passed and which are pending.

There many applicants in NA2 for more than 100 days as well and this is dependent on LVO processing your file. For instance NDVO is processing applications faster while London is very slow.

Thanks Bill
I can't say the possibility of SS after PPR as I haven't seen any such case in the past. SS is usually done as a part of Security Check (Admissibility).

Usually, PPR is approved but for some reasons, they are not issued for a month or more. I would recommend writing an email to the visa office and ask them that you have called IRCC and you were informed that your file was approved however you haven't received any email yet.

I hope this will help.[/QUOTE}

Thanks Bill for everything. I call IRCC and was told that since it's still within r the regulated timeline, there nothing they can do and I'll have to wait till the middle of December.

Hello Bill,
I sure hope my message finds you well.
I would like to know if I will have to upload "imm0008_4E/ ECONOMIC CLASSES-PROVINCIAL NOMINEES" for me, and "imm5669E/SCHEDULED A BACKGROUND DECLARATION" for me and my spouse when submitting my ePRA.
Thank you Bill,
Best Regards,
