Did anyone get marriage certificate request on Additional documents? 16th Aug my ADR went from "In Review" to "Not needed" and today morning I received an email to upload my marriage certificate again to my file. I Cannot think of the reason why would they need it again. Anyone faced this? please comment.

A friend of mine got a request of divorce certificate two times without any explanation why.

Could be that the scanned copy you sent wasnt of a good quality, or could be just a system glitch.

Either way, nothing to worry about :)

Just submit it again

@IrenaIrena. Oh thank you so much. Yes they did not provide me a reason but just asked for it again, i really hope it is just matter of scanned copy being not clear. Thank you so much for you reply you put me to ease. I have uploaded the same. The wait starts again:)

No worries ;) On the contrary, you should be happy - if they request sth, means they look at your case and things move forward for you

Thanks. Well yeah that's true and positive I just got tensed. Since wait seems to be never ending. Also can I ask you. If you know what was the timeframe from vic respond to your friend? And if he/she got PPR. Sorry but I'm just concerned.

We applied the same day - May 23, CEC class
I dont remember her NA and IP2 stages, but she got a divorce certificate request on 18 or 19th of July, and then the second time they requested it in the beginning of August.
She landed 2 weeks ago at Pearson

Personally, I wouldnt rely too much on someones timeframe, because every case is different. For example, her case logically should have been processed longer than mine. We applied on the same day, under the same class, but she is divorced, and had tons of docs regarding a name change (her diploma she got in Canada was on her husbands last name, then they got a divorce before submitting the application, so she had to prove it was her and everything), while I am never married, and the only thing they have to check for me is my Canadian education and work experience (standard case) and I am 111 days waiting since AOR in NA stage.
It all differs.
Just let it go, focus on sth else, and one morning you will get a PPR email :)

Wow. Thanks a tonn. I can't express my gratitude for you sharing all those details with me also I agree we cannot expect or compare our case with anybody. It just got me thinking since you mentioned. You are so right. I really hope we all get it soon as well. For me I'm May 14th AOR and waiting. I will try to follow your words and try to focus on something else. It's just so many things and decisions are on hold and hence I keep thinking. But thank you again for all your kind and positive words. Good luck to you too

Trust me, that's how we all feel here..but is there anything you can change about it? No. Besides, you have already been through the major part of the waiting time (4 months in), so another few more weeks (max) of waiting should be easy peasy for you - You can do it :)

Thank you and fingers crossed for all of us!

Oh noo! I was just checking my account for like the 4th time today and just noticed review of medicals results went from passed (July 28) to we are reviewing the results of your medical exam :(:(

Do you think they will ask for my husband to have the med exams redone? His I think will expire in October
Please anyone?

I remember reading about people having their medical exams changed back from 'passed' to 'we are reviewing...' but I don't know if at the end they were asked to have their medical exams redone or not. Anyone remember any of this? I'm so stressed about this :(

I am from May 6 too. Got my medical passed in mid July. But it changed back to Medical review in progress again in August. No idea why.. No update after that. My background check is in progress along with medical review.
Hi!!
I am in the same situation as you... AOR May 17th, Medical exams passed on July 28th and today September 11th they went back to "we are reviewing the results of your medical exams". BGC's status is processing since July 28th

I was wondering what happened with your medical exams status, did it go back to passed or have they requested new medical exams?

Hello Guys,

I have read somewhere in the forum about the flow of the applications..

R10 completeness check --> Eligibility --> Criminality --> Security --> Final review and PPR

its always the same order??

when I called CIC the other day, they said my criminality is passed, but eligibility is still in progress.. what does this mean ?

agent review is done and waiting for the officer to pass the eligibility ?? or things dont follow the order that I have read??
