Hi,

I have a query for the concerned who can answer or advise:

I have got my OINP nomination last week and may get ITA this week. My concern is I have got an H1B and my company may be transferring me to US office in/around October this year and this is the time I would be in post ITA phase. I need to know do I need to inform CIC about my transfer that time and if yes, do I need to make another reference letter although my job and responsibilities will be the same as in India but my reporting manager would be different.

All the best Xty!
Hope you'll manage to gain the weight you need before Friday :D :D

Thanks! I am having lunch and dinner buffet everyday. :p:D I need my dark chocolates now, please.

Ha ha ha! I'm down for points being awarded for kids. I'd be ok with 20 points per child (I have 2). Can u imagine the mad rush there would be (especially for persons with low scores) to adopt since the birthing process might take too long. :D:D

Rent a child business? Already reserved to @andieangel :D

Well, considering Friday is just two days away, wearing heavy shoes, filling pockets with coins and ataching Thor's hammer on your dress are only practical choices left.

Good advice! This group is really supportive! :D

Sorry if i am prying, but Why do you need to gain weight for medical, if your common health parameters are within range , with no listed diseases you should be passing the medical, right?

Pun intended! ;) I read somewhere that someone wants to lose weight before going for the medical. :D
Since I am not overweight, I thought I might need to gain weight instead :p

my current crs 433 with spouse but crs is 449 if I applied alone. advise me please what to do now?
Apply with spouse. Why leaving your better half behind. Just sit tight in the pool. ITA is on its way.

Wassup...ive been reading people getting NOI's.
Does anyone and everyone with a decent CRS score get it or do you need to have certain qualifications/degree or be in a certain field.

Second Question:
If you get a NOI, would you get a email notification or would you just have to check the inbox of your EE account. Does either/Or happen ?

1) There is some randomness. Also, sometimes certain occupations are targeted. For example, in the last week of June, Ontario sent NOIs to ICT workers with scores under 400, and until they closed on July 25, I believe they were targeting ICT workers overall. We will see what they say when they reopen (and many of us, including myself, are anxiously waiting for them to reopen).

2) The NOI will come into the inbox of your EE account. You will receive an email that you have a message in your EE account.
