good morning from Doha, Qatar!

may mga clarifications lang po ako about my MPNP and EE application.

may sister po ako sa manitoba, so i am thinking of applying for permanent residency there. so at first, i made my profile in mpnp, took ielts, and did ECA via WES. when i finished my profile, i got total of 560 points. kaya lang when i checked, parang nasa 600+ points yung recent EOI draw. so, after few days, i made my EE profile, and i applied for the same. before the update, ang points ko ay 411, and now with the recent changes, 426 points na yung sa akin.

in my EE application, ang place i am considering to immigrate is Manitoba lang. as per my understanding, walang EE stream sa MPNP. so ang question ko po is, assuming na makakasama na ako sa next round of invitation, macoconsider po ba yung application ko? kasi kung ang sinelect ko lang is Manitoba? makakaapply pa din kaya ako sa ibang province kasi nga kung MPNP lang ang possibility na makapasok sa Manitoba.

next question is, ano pa po ba yung PNP stream na madaling makapasok and pwede via EE. i think may nabasa na ako before kaya lang, sobrang dami na po kasing pages para basahin ko lahat ng messages. so anyone who can reply, i'd be very grateful.

regarding requirements naman po, i have the following inquiries:

1. as mentioned, i am here in doha, qatar. meron akong 8 years of work experience here. and 3 years sa pinas. pwede bang hindi ko na lang isama yun sa application ko, kasi sa pinas, i worked as a generalist. so mejo confused ako kung ano yung noc ko dun.

2. Bank Account Statement - since i am here in doha, is it possible to submit my online bank statements from Philippines? meron naman ako dito sa Doha, kaya lang, may dollar account kasi ako sa pinas, and i want to show it as well.

3. Kailangan pa po ba ng NBI clearance or can i just submit Police Clearance from Qatar, since i have been here for a long time.

- EE is not province specific. You can settle anywhere except Quebec. You don't need to go through the excruciating long process of PNP nomination. Since 426 na ang CRS mo, sigurado may ITA ka na in the next round so why would you still opt for PNP?

next question is, ano pa po ba yung PNP stream na madaling makapasok and pwede via EE. i think may nabasa na ako before kaya lang, sobrang dami na po kasing pages para basahin ko lahat ng messages. so anyone who can reply, i'd be very grateful.

- maximum 3 years lang ang points na pwede i-claim for foreign work experience so yung work experience mo sa Pinas, pwede mo na ilagay sa Personal History

-you don't need to show all your accounts as long as your POF is enough sa family size
- you need to get bank statements and/or bank certificate as per CIC requirements.

3. Kailangan pa po ba ng NBI clearance or can i just submit Police Clearance from Qatar, since i have been here for a long time.
- Yes, you need an NBI Clearance from your country of origin, which is Phils. and from country of residence, Qatar.

Thank you po sa mga sagot! actually, i have read most of the threads na binigay mo, kaya lang, nalito lang talaga ako dun sa EE profile where we need to select the province i am interested in. ngayon ko lang nakita yung pinoy thread na ito so i just also want some insights from our experienced kabayans.

As long as you can provide reference letter for all the work experience you specify in the work history. In your case, pwedeng yung 1211 and 1241 lang ilagay mo sa work history since more than 3 years na yun. For foreign work experience, 3 years max lang ang pwede i-claim na points. Ilagay mo na lang sa Personal History yung 4032.

I was gonna ask the same question. I already got AOR and panicked when I read that the English translation should be done by a certified translator, and/or notarized.

Sabi sakin gumawa ng declaration si common-law na nagsasabing ako legal owner ng money namin and I am free to use the funds for immigration to Canada. So pinanotarize ko yun and sinubmit as additional supporting document. Waiting pa ko sa response ng CIC kasi inupload ko sya after ko makakuha na ng AOR.

Recently kasi kakaloan lang ng husband ko 3months ago for housing development purposes sa isang bank sa pinas.

Tanong ko lang will it affect sa Proof of funds namin, specialy bigay naman ng mommy ko yung pang Proof of Funds. Ofcourse with the documents na bigay sya ng mommy ko (deed).

Magsusubmit ka palang po ba ng documents like proof of funds? If so, you'll need to be transparent lang. You just have to also show your family's loans along with your liquid cash. Magkakaproblema ka lang kapag hindi ka nagdeclare ng existing loans mo at nalaman ng CIC na may existing loans ka. In my case, may car loan ako. Hindi naman daw makakaapekto yung loans mo as long as may liquid cash ka na nagmimeet sa minimum requirements for POF. That's what I've read sa forums.

Sa Personal History, reason for rejection po ba kapag wala namang gaps pero hindi in order yung pagkakagawa mo ng Personal History mo? I noticed kasi after ko mag-input, my dates are all over the place. Pero wala namang gaps (ex. 1st row: work history 2007-2009; 2nd row: work history 2012-2013; 3rd row: work history 2010-2011).

Kinakabahan lang kasi ako.

Translation of diploma. Sa mga Tagalog po ang diploma, ano po ginawa niyo? The school already provided a translation in English, with all the formatting and school logo (UP), signed by the registrar with an annotation "Certified Translation of the Original". May DFA red ribbon na din po akong nakuha 6 years ago.

Kelangan pa po ba ulit ipa-translate yung Tagalog diploma sa official translator?
> CIC requires the affidavit of the translator and school registrar won't provide that affidavit.

Valid po ba yung DFA Red Ribbon in lieu of the translator affidavit?

'Yan naging cause of anxiety ko after I got AOR, kasi sa Ateneo naman, in Latin ang diploma namin, pero nagprovide ang Ateneo ng official English translation of my diploma on a one-page bond paper. That's what I submitted. And then nabasa ko yung sa policy na kailangan ng CIC yung affidavit and all. Tinanong ko registrar namin kung papaano yun. Ang sabi nila, yun lang daw mapoprovide nila, 'di sila makakapag affidavit and all.

So, yung batchmate ko na kaka-immigrate lang sa Canada two months ago, tinanong ko. Yun lang daw pinrovide nya, yung school-provided English translation. Ngayon PR na siya.

Logically, I think wala tayo problema and it makes sense, na since University nag-issue ng diploma, ang University-issued official translation will suffice.

Naisip ko na rin yan kasi nga galing na sa school yung translation. Sa UP, sa plain paper lang din yung translation.
