Status changed to “ready for collection/courier” . I dont recall paying for courier but i had purchased premium lounge services. Does that mean they will courier the booklet?

When should I expect any purolator message?

(Ready for collection/courier) - changed on 14-Jan-2026 and received a message from purolator that it has been shipped.

Hey around what time did you receive this message? My status changed to “ready for collection/courier” this morning. But not sure if i have to collect or they will ship. I had taken premium lounge services but never paid for courier. From what i recall it is usually included

If you did not pay for it, you might have to collect it. I am not sure about the premium lounge thing. You can call and check. Collection happens at arnd ~3pm if you want to go for it.
