i sent below email
I have received permanent residence confirmation portal on September 11 and submitted my In-canada declaration,Address and photo on sept 12. Till today I haven't received Ecopr it's been a month,when i can expect it so i can make my travel plan.

in portal it said under review but in GCKEY now it said "PR CARD APPROVED AND MAILED: 12th October"
