I have received permanent residence confirmation portal on September 11 and submitted my In-canada declaration,Address and photo on sept 12. Till today I haven't received Ecopr it's been a month,when i can expect it so i can make my travel plan.

I think it is at the end of the PDF where they ask for general questions as eye color, height... in my case it says
"Montreal IRCC Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada"

That information was available(pdf) on p1 but not on p2 .

The government doesn't work on weekends or holidays. Hopefully, you will receive your eCOPR on Tuesday!

my copr expiry date is Jul 31, 2025 so I guess it was updated on the same day and I received the document on Oct 11, 2025

Cam you provide your deadline for P1, P2?
The expiry date is when your medical expires (not exactly one year from date when document was generated)

P1 was sent on Aug30th and P2 was Sep 17th and then COPR Oct 11 so I guess there is a delay of three weeks after each step.
