PR confirmation portal timelines

I am on the same timeline as you. I received P1 on Oct 4 as well and now waiting on P2.
Need suggestion here. My kids details are missing in P1 email and even post responding to them with his details the portal doesn't have his details raised multiple webforms called them n number of times still no luck. If ever someone can suggest something here that would be helpful
PR CARD APPROVED AND MAILED: 12th October
Final Decision Date Show: Oct 11th
ECOPR: September 26th
Canada Post Till Today Not out for delivery, marked as "General mail"
Hoping to get PR card this week.
What’s the point of having registered immigration consultants, when in instances like this when it matters most, there is no system for them to even raise a case or even alert IRCC that i uploaded my photo on the 29th of August and still don’t have a response?
