I got p1 April 30th replied on May 1st and waiting for p2. My sister got p1 on May2nd and replied May 3rd and got her P2 on May 6. Is that normal? Should I reply again? Or I should wait?

Its normal. It depends on the visa office. Some offices send it quickly and some take a longer time like Montreal takes around one month.

My COPR expiry is Nov 21, 2024. I am waiting for COPR.
Based on this thread, most of the people who got pr approvals recently, have copr expiry 2025.
IRCC works as per COPR expiry date for ecopr and PR Card?

yes, I replied my p1 and said I had to leave Canada, they replied back and said I need to reply p1 again when I am back and they would continue to proceed.

P2 - April 30; P1 - April 16.
