The "Updated Date" in my tracker updated to today's date but I can't see anything that changed in the history. Should I take it as a good sign that I'll be receiving my eCOPR soon? Been waiting since September 8.

Same, I also got a ghost update on the tracker today. Previous update was on Sept 15. However, still no eCOPR today. But it does mean someone looked at our applications for some reason. Why won't they send the eCOPR if they opened the application already. Has anyone received an actual card in the mail recently? I received my ecopr on July 5th, and my picture on a portal still says 'in review'. It's been more than 3 months now
From what I've heard, for most people the photo stays 'in review' even though they receive their cards. Did you link the card application to GCKey? Might get some more info there. But I think they should email you regardless when the card is dispatched.
No, I don't. How do I do it? My "Permanent Resident PR Card" tab is not even active. I do have gckey account with my pr application, but there are no updates there at all
I believe you have to log in to GCKey, then select "link application" or something like that. Then select PR Card for the application type and enter the requested info exactly as it's on your eCOPR.
