If you see my signature information as bellow, you got all stages in this process took long time from AOR to final decision and from P1 to P2
But on Sep 1st, Officer decided to speed up the last step. P2 and eCOPR and final decision for PR Card application all in one day.

Congratulations! It is good to see that they are processing eCOPR. I got portal 2 just one day before you did and I hope I can receive my eCOPR soon.

Because in 2022 from Sept onwards ircc stopped issuing copr until January as they met the 2022 targets. Hopefully this is not repeated in 2023.

The agent just told me we all are in a virtual landing queue and there can be delays until the officer processes landing

From the above looks like they are still processing landing. So hopefully we can get eCOPR soon!

Update:
Portal 1: July 31 from Montreal.
Portal 2: Sep 1st
eCOPR: Sep 1st
Final decision shown in PR card application ( I linked to GC key account): Sep 1st
PR Card application approved and PR card mailed: Sep 9th

Now I am waiting to get the PR card

Non EE Applicant ( RNIP Program): AOR: July 20, 2022

Good day everyone, I'm hoping someone can answer this question. I have an outland dependent who lives in the US (not a citizen or PR). When she gets her passport stamped she plans to travel to Canada by car. As dependent, does she have to show proof of funds? She has a job waiting for her, will that be enough?
