Called several times, webform was raised and contacted via mail as well, but no response.
It's been more than six weeks why they are just pushing

I am also waiting for eCoPR since August 28 (VO Montreal). Nothing today.
People on Reddit are saying VO Etobicoke is the same now. People have been waiting for 12 days or more. Used to be 1-4 days max.

Are you a single applicant? Also how long did it take for your eligibility to complete?
My AOR is May 07
Eligibility went into progress on Aug 23rd, and no updates after that.

I am the main applicant with inland spouse. If I understood your question correctly, did you mean the time we received IRCC - Permanent Residence Portal (PR Confirmation) email? I received the email (first portal) on August 28, about a week after passing the medical test.

I meant the time it took for you from the moment your eligibility in tracker went in to progress to the moment it showed as completed.

My program is also QSWP.
Portal 2- 11 September
Hope I also receive ecopr tomorrow.
Submitted webform telling them that I received portal 2 for dependent (8th sept), but not for me. Then finally got my portal 2 today.
