just a small vent: some of the ircc call centre agents are so freaking rude. last week i called them for the first time about my application which has been close to half a year. i asked the dude on the line which office is processing my application. he answered "How exactly will that help you" and refused to give me an answer to that by saying all of the applications are being taken care of at the central office. I ended up getting no info after spending hours getting through the line. the experience was so horrible made me wanna file a complaint
